5 shot kill FBW. Instant shoot OSMAW. Spam resupply button while next to vending machine to shoot obir faster than SHAW.

The GMs are just other players with GM titles. Then there's the gm in training title, that also has whispers blocked. What's the point of having them if they can't do GM stuff?

Sets macro to shoot slower so weapon blooms less

- FairFight Banned - FairFight Banned again - VAC Banned - EAC Banned? The chances of a legit player getting multiple bans, by multiple anit-cheats, at different time periods, is high unlikely. That said, it doesn't mean they were cheating this time, and it doesn't mean that other sus players are not cheating.

More like hearing a screech and looking at the new addition to the pile. For example, everyone was getting massive lag today. The stupid part is I had good hitreg while teleporting.

He doesn't even like money. I don't get it.

The grenade smoke is suppose to disrupt your view. They need to tweak it so it has less impact on performance. Same with vehicle explosions. You shouldn't need a current day flagship GPU on a 10+ year old game just to get normal fps. Ignoring a player needs to remove all their symbols. Only the base colors should be rendered for clothing and cars. Since you're talking about settings. They need to remove the administrator account requirement to launch the game. Move all the temporary game data, like the asset cache and logs, to the Windows %temp% folder. Move "Config" folders to the user's %appdata% folder. Doing so will mean Windows will automatically clear out old APB logs, and players who share a PC can have separate graphics options. Players won't have to put their system at risk by running discord or other apps as an admin when they want push to talk to work in game.

I'd have to read through all the contact emails and descriptions, but from what I remember, Birth seems to be the only criminal contact that has a reason to be there. The missions assigned to contacts hurts the lore. Antisocial Networking seems fitting to Birth, considering his hate towards the CSA, but Creme De La Crime makes no god damn sense being assigned to him. It reads like Violet and Lilith got into a petty argument and sent a squad of their fresh recruits to fight their bs. "An economic downturn means our revenue is dropping. We had to slash the prices of all our goods and now we need more. Burgle these buildings and grab some new stock." Did Lilith discover ChatGPT? Cant' get anymore generic sounding.

I recorded a video at 120fps. I counted the number of frames between seeing muzzle flash and seeing the ammo count decrease. 120fps is 8.33ms per frame. Below are the results in ms. District: Missions-Finanical-2-US-West Population: 1/0 (AKA Empty District) Latency (In-Game): 60ms Latency (/latencytest): 95ms to 103ms Client Framerate 200+ Muzzle to Ammo Delays: 150, 150, 150, 142, 167, 150, 158, 142, 133, 150, 142, 150, 158. I don't feel like writing a script to read each frame's pixels, so I'm stopping there. Already we can see a large variance between shooting client sided and ammo count updating. I didn't expect to see this much variance immediately. Another thing I found is I can easily ghost shoot, and in fire a while magazine client sided with an automatic weapon, but no ammo is used. This bug was mostly fixed before the 64-bit upgrade, but now it's back. Edit: F it. Let's test a district with a few players in it. District: Missions-Waterfront-1-US-East Population: 13/10 Latency (In-Game): 1ms Latency (/latencytest): 25ms to 37ms Client Framerate 200+ Muzzle to Ammo Delays: 108, 133, 125, 133, 125 OK that's enough. I don't need to count more shots to prove there's a problem here. Over 100ms ammo delay on a server that has at worst 37ms latency. Wireshark shows the incoming packets to my PC being relatively stable, 33.33ms apart, which is the server tickrate. To me this points to a network problem with APB's UDP packets, but not other traffic like ICMP or whatever you're using to generate the district_server latency in /latencytest.
-
Currently, it's not the servers themselves. The tickrate isn't as spiky as it was with the 32 bit build hosted on AWS. You can check this using /latencytest in game, or run Wireshark and filter the port APB is using. The incoming packets are within 33ms of each other, with the exception of the garbage collection that skips a tick.

Those cheaters can't handle dying 1 time to a normal player. Their ego is so fragile idk if it's hilarious or depressing to see. I'm confused by most of the other stuff you said, but that comparison between CEO Matt and CEO of Macks Chicken Farm is spot on.
-
To be clear, it's not the servers themselves, it's related to their anti-ddos service. There's lots of jitter (varying latency) between each packet sent from your client to the server. Server to client seems unaffected. It's a gamble if you get a good route. Using a VPN might fix the problem if the VPN provider sends you a different node, but from my testing it sends you to the same node. The anti-ddos service is Path Network Inc. Their service is great for supported games like Rust and CS:GO, but for APB it causes problems. I bet it will be fixed in a day if they just open a ticket with Path, but that would require LO to be productive.
-
They got MAC twice.
-
20+? More like 6 at a time. They switch between characters so I can see why you think there's more on. I'm not saying there aren't 20+ cheaters in existence, I'm saying out of 30 players in a district, maybe 6 are cheating.
-
I can make at least 4 for what they're charging for this 1 slot dust collector.
-
You might get your account banned for a charge back. If you record the process on twitch you probably stand a better chance of not getting banned, going by the current lineup of EULA violators on that platform.

Another lawsuit in the making.
-
Another reason this "Event" is pointless. Shotguns are the most unreliable weapon due to hit registration issues. I was contemplating spending a few bucks to get the TAS-20 since it looks cool, but decided not to because it won't be reliable.
-
It means you don't have admin rights. Try running your text editor as administrator, then open and save the DefaultGame.ini.

Prof. Hexerin has higher standards for literature.
-
You mean like every other 3 slot weapon? What's wrong with a business offering something for sale that people will actually purchase? This "event" seems like LO do not want to make money. You can get the preset Colby CSG-20/TAS-20 with IR3 for 4500JT. Why even buy it on Armas?
-
The GMs in training are trolls, but that's because Matt and LO have a bad judgement of character. LO aren't purposely picking annoying people. Besides, what sane person would want to have a GM title with little to no power included? In all seriousness, if playing APB causes you to have seizures, stop playing now. I don't mean that as an insult. I had a friend die of a seizure a few months ago. He stopped having them, then all of a sudden a year later he had one and it was fatal.

For #3, I doubt /report does anything, besides show a fancy UI. It for sure does not call in GMs. IDK why you're worried about the GMs. They're useless at best. A player was speed hacking in front of them, and the GM got nervous and signed out instead of doing their job. Just to confirm, I scanned outgoing packets with Wireshark. I don't see an obvious bytes per second increase when submitting a report. There might be a single packet increase, but it's not consistent. I could be filtering for it wrong. I don't know what IP it will be sent to. It requires the reported player to be online, so it's most likely the district server. Can Secrets comment on this? There's only 1 blatant cheater on. If the reports are done right, reporting the same player in a short time period would get filtered. I don't want to report innocent players either, so I can't accurately test.
