The next time you notice possibly lag related issues, start a /latencytest (Don't post that result publicly since it has your IP) This might help them figure out the issues, just send it in via support with info about when, which district and such.

Restart the computer and then update the game. That should be the easiest fix.

I believe the range reduction is not a part of these current testing value, otherwise I believe it would have been mentioned in the post. -

Last I checked the raptor is not a variant of the N-tec (CR-5, VAS Sword, ...), those are the ones that should be affected by this -
I'm assuming you're on Citadel, which is currently in New York while they fix the issues getting the EU servers up and running. How often are you seeing crashes? Are these full client crashes with the reporter? If so, what error is shown at the top of the stack trace when you click on 'click here to see what's sent' (or what ever the text exactly says) Are you logged in via steam or via email and password (so I can try to replicate this)

If you're referring to just Citadel, that works but the EU located servers don't work yet as far as I've noticed. They'll probably post about it when it's getting fixed. You don't need to ask everyday, this is literally something they don't have control over at the moment since it's a customs issue.

Are you using an RTX or GTX 16 series GPU by any chance? If so, changing to minimal graphics will improve things for now. The full fix is when the engine comes. As it is a 32 bit driver based issue with those cards

The current no threat segregation is only active while they are working to get the EU servers fully sorted. It'll go back to how it was before then. Locking players into their threat based instances was tried before under the old management and didn't lead to better matchmaking (in the eyes of most of the players)

This is sounding a lot like routing issues from Scandinavia, though I know a few players from both countries that are able to connect just fine. A ban would show as such, this is just an issue somewhere along the connection. Now it's a matter of finding out where.

I still have duplicate Frag Grenades from when the tutorial was added to the game. Never contacted support about it as it doesn't really cause any issues. Couldn't delete them either though.

This is based in the same issue he posted on the ps4 section, it's been reproduced and reported on pc as well

And when does it disconnect you? Does it still happen, there was a bit of server trouble before when you posted this which might have caused a temporary issue.

Would you happen to be connecting from Brazil? I saw 2 people from there with similar issues and connecting through a vpn fixed this for them.

I have reproduced this issue on PC as well and reported it as well. Lets hope for a quick fix on this.

Any chance you could screenshot/link those? And the EU servers are just temporarily off/hosted in NY while they sort out the hardware, this is not an intended long term thing
