Kevkof Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 The Oscar NFCP3 is not listed as an unlock for the marksman role, only the Joker Carbine, Obir and Obeya CR762 are unlocked in a 3 slot variant

If you're losing oscar fights cause you don't have tagger I don't think it is the extra slot you're missing out on that is losing it for you. But what do I know. I'm pay 2 win cause I have a 3 slot oscar.

The gun is only P2W if someone is using an aimbot or triggerbot. The oscar and Joker Carbine are the most abused weapons when cheaters use bots. You maybe able to rent it with Joker Tickets.
