Permanent ban according to whom?

The permanent ban for players who interfere with a mission is an incredibly stupid idea.

 

Let's talk about the following example:

 

 

Player 1 plays against Player 2 in a car detonation mission.

There is 1 minute left for the mission to end. Player 1 manages to kill Player 2 and starts to put the bomb in the car.

 

A random player who likes to drive his Vegas 4x4 unintentionally crashes into the mission car. And interrupts the process of planting the bomb of Player 1.

Causing him to lose the mission.

 

Player 1 was recording his game and reports the random player who hit the car. With video evidence.

 

 

Another case, new players even some veterans don't know how to distinguish normal parked cars from mission cars.

There needs to be a way to be able to distinguish mission cars.

 

 

Wouldn't it be more logical to make the mission cars not have hitboxes for players outside the mission?

 

Instead of looking for the easy solution and permanently banning players who don't even know what they are doing?

No one gets banned for a simple misunderstanding. If you get banned for griefing,  you did it multiple times and after multiple warnings... anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Or your Teamleader runs in to your car, to force a team kill by you, to remove you from mission...

 

A unfair system to remove members out of the team!

this. same thing with dethreating literally takes what I would call way to many instances of it to receive any punishment and the first one is never permanent only in the case of cheating will it be a permanent first time offence. (ignore the 3 day ban for cheating message after trying to log in that is LO lying to you it always turns into a permanent ban there is no 'investigation')

griefing is part of APB, anybody opposed to griefing is playing the wrong game. in particular, apb is a game based on anarchy and civil unrest with criminals and vigilantes fighting eachother. if measures are to be made against griefing, then make missions harder to be griefed instead of crying on the forums or discord.

this, i don't think they ban for a accident, but if your caught doing it to the same person over and over, then yea, you deserve the ban and its no longer a accident

LO also needs to remove guns from the game, its too toxic and griefing me while im trying to roleplay as a civilian.

If sitting on top of a vehicle spawn tells me anything, it will just lead to some sweet launches.

intentional griefing is not part of the game, that is no fun for anyone who gets 'targeted griefing' people stopping them from playing the game normally.

 

Driving around and hitting another player can always happen, that is part of it.

It's fine for me.

 

The problem is when that player that you have crashed, reports you, with a simple photo or video, also asks his 4 friends to report you too and you end up banned.

super doubtful anyone gets banned solely based off reports, especially not just from 5

if you disturb others a ban is justified.  By 1 report. But not for a simple crashed or blocked a car spawn. 

 

 To become only a little forced break for a real grief is fine.

LO spends alot of time banning griefers but doesn't care at all about blatant hackers. very strange.
