Secret daughter of a long-time member of Michael Simeone's organization and of one of the most promising lieutenants of Justin Teng, Shauni "Breeze" Jones has been raised in a strict climate of neutrality. She was encouraged not to enroll in one or another organization and as such, she has had a hard time finding her place in an unredeemably divided city. With the Joker Store expansion going on and the announced hirings, she thought she'd grab this unique opportunity to become a salesperson for the company and promote her neutrality, claiming it in front of the whole city by dealing with members of both factions on a daily basis.

Sayano had a pretty normal uneventful upbringing; there is no tragic backstory or heroic familial examples that led her to become an enforcer. No, her decision to become one came from seeing the usual big names and pretty faces pop up in effigy magazine and in the media. She wanted to have those same levels of fame and fortune and she was willing to do whatever what was needed to acheieve that. 

 

She has tried to create a distinct appearance from her cat ears hairband to her tattoos, to stand out amongst the crowd and is willing to take on any mission, no matter the danger. Now she attempts to further progress towards that goal by hopefully becoming a Joker salesperson!

Duclibella from a young age was exposed to the world of crime with both of her parents being active in white collar crime, quite successfully having never been caught to this very day. It allowed Dulcibella to have a very privileged upbringing and in her view, a boring one as well. Her parents wanting to end the cycle with Bella recommended that she perhaps become a lawyer, doctor, anything but a criminal but all of those things were boring to Bella.

 

Bella wanted something more exciting and she was prepared to achieve that goal. Having made connections with the right people already, hanging out at the popular locations gang members frequent. She was able to get started and move up through the ranks little by little, she still has a ways to go until she's a big fish but for now she doesn't mind being a small one with how often she gets to dirty her hands. Now she's applying to become a joker salesperson in hopes of spicing up her life just a little bit more.

Still counting few years missing to return to the street, it seems that the months were decades instead of thirty days raising hopes.
She was 19 years old and she went to prison, 22 her friend the day he passed away.
They didn't have to look for her, she just gave herself up, she said he deserved it for being a traitor.
They were friends, the facts had won respect and love, for his birthday she went to give him a .32 but he found him making deals with the prentiss tigers. leaving her with no choice.

She ruthlessly killed him, and after the last bullet she hugged him herself, "Brother, I couldn't, I hope God forgives you" only in seconds the ship sank.
Life does not give you to choose the situation. "Your sentence will be lowered if you join the enforcers" but she prefer drugs to heal her heart.
And then there she will be complete and satisfied, outside her people are waiting for her, "you just have to be patient take advantage".

Some contacts of her talked with the Joker distribution to help, but they answered "If you want it, earn it"

Bio: A field technician who's good at her job. So good, that she typically finishes her day's work by noon and spends the rest of her day watching anime and playing video games on company time. Management wasn't happy when they found out, so they decided she'd also take on the responsibility of being an on-site technician at Joker Distribution. She very much dislikes that fact and still lazes around when there are no customers to assist.

Netekusu comes from Japan, where she studied computer engineering admired the culture and even went as far as obtaining traditional Japanese tattoos. However, they made it difficult for her to find employment in Japan so she set off to find work somewhere she wouldn't be discriminated for her attire and ended up working as a technician in San Paro.

Chris is a ex-marine that went undercover after desertion.

He is the last living soldier of his squad of brothers,

now he patrols asylum, while being hunted by PTSD.

Chris has dedicated his last living days hosting insane parties for all crims.

The military archives with records went missing after he disappeared.

Clara was a top student at San Paro University, but after she found out her brother was wanted for desertion, she dropped out.

She joined Prentiss Tigers, in hope to track down her brother.

After a long search she tracked him down, and finally could turn him in.

But after her brother told her what had happend, she couldnt do it.

As there does not appear to be any limits on design submissions, aside from them looking like they're from San Paro, here are mine. Most aren’t even related to any Joker Industries branding.

Past obsessions include drugs, graffiti, ammunition, and steering wheels.
Currently obsessed with the Joker brand.
Broke into several Joker Ammunition warehouses in the hopes of obtaining pristine versions of discontinued vending machines.

And yet, becoming famous post-mortem is not unheard of in the streets of San Paro.

 

In this case, however, it might have turned out better had he not tried so hard to make a name for himself.

KM (real name Kitty Meli) - A reckless and talented racer in the past, known for that more than once  won races with the use of weapons,

she brought her driving skills to the limit and when the time came, she arranged an extravagant show with her departure from the racetrack.

Appearance:
A thin, narrow-eyed and black-haired racer of high stature. Almost no expression of emotions, always  calm.
Wearing a scarlet racing jumpsuit with images of her beloved plant with palm leaves.
Also, Kitty is very vindictive and will do everything to make her adversary suffer. Very strong, always carries a gun.
Regardless of the situation, always remains calm. Perfectly polite despite her past hobbies, and ready to help, but almost always terrifies others.

Bio:
km "velocity" - a nickname earned for individuality and speed on the racetrack,
in the most dangerous races with weapons and with a variety of criminals who want to turn the race in their favor.
Nevertheless, the potential danger of the rivals only fueled Kitty’s interest in the thrill, and led her to inevitable victory.
During the race, she was ready to risk everything for the sake of victory, because of what she was did the most enchanting show,
forcing observers and rivals to become her fans.

Her father was a racer, and she received a desire from him to race.
