Downtime compensation - 7 Days of Premium

Hi all,

 

EDIT: We originally activated 7 Days of Premium for all players and all platforms.

We have extended this till 12/22 for a total of 25 days while we continue making adjustments and get the EU servers online.

If you're playing on Jericho, I think you're playing on LA servers for now.

If you're playing on Citadel, then you're playing on NY servers for now.

As soon as our EU servers clear customs, then we'll do some moving around.

so as a ny resident i get 15ms to la servers?

 

its been a long time since colby was around but i don't ever remember having that good of a connection to west coast servers

It seems strange that the servers would get stuck in EU customs... which country will the new servers be based in?

i had 23 and a have days when servers went down... i only have 20 days on armas now, havent recieved the 7 days.. my thing says 20days and 12 hours.. my jokerbox weapon also expired during down time

thanks! and people complaining about latency (especially from west coast to east coast lol) imagine playing from australia and be thankful for what you've got. people dealing with 250+ms, though, i can understand the frustration

yeah i'm one of the ones on the west coast but its not so bad, people in south america's ping got twice as bad as it already was which means EZ pickins >:D

people from south america now have better latency playing in citadel (because it's temporary hosted in new york).
