At the last time I saw much problem and users report about the account is blocked and error code 100008 maybe something know about this

The other thread is closed so I am going to respond to what you said there here. It is abundantly clear that no amount of talking or explaining will get through to you, which is exactly why no SPCT or Moderator has bothered to reach out to you to talk about your ban or any steps you can take to reverse the decision. You've said you made a ticket and it was closed so that really should have been the end of it. Little Orbit clearly has no intention of debating with you or wasting time trying to get you to understand the gravity of your actions even when they gave you multiple chances previously. The EULA and Rules of Conduct state: "9.4 You shall not (and you agree to not) generate any User Generated Content, or use the Game in a way, that: 9.4.1 infringes the rights of any other person or entity (including, without limitation, their Intellectual Property Rights) (and references to "any other person or entity" shall include Little Orbit); 9.4.2 breaches any Applicable Laws; 9.4.3 in Little Orbit's absolute discretion, Little Orbit considers: (a) is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, invasive of another's privacy, sexually explicit, or offensive (whether in relation to race, sex, religion or otherwise) or denigrating to anyone's reputation or general standing (whether or not actionable);" The relevant parts here are highlighted in bold. Regardless of what you may feel personally, this is a contract which you have signed and agreed to as a condition of playing the game. If you don't like it, you have the option of withdrawing and not playing. Irrefutable fact. Right above that paragraph it states: "9.1 You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Game is governed by Little Orbit's rules of conduct. You agree that when using the Game you will comply with: 9.1.1 all local and international laws in force from time to time applicable to the Game (including, without limitation, all laws of your country of residence in force from time to time applicable to the Game, and all rights or duties that apply to you as a matter of common law or as a matter of contract law, and all rights or duties that apply to you in connection with any fiduciary relationship (including, without limitation, any rights or duties that apply to you in respect of inside, proprietary and confidential information)) ("Applicable Laws"); and 9.1.2 Little Orbit's rules of conduct. 9.2 You acknowledge that the rules set out in this condition 9 are non-exhaustive and that Little Orbit reserves the right to determine in its absolute discretion what conduct it considers inappropriate in relation to the Game. Little Orbit further reserves its right to exercise any or all of its rights (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have) set out in condition 13 below, including the right to permanently remove User Generated Content and/or terminate a GamersFirst Account in respect of your use of the Game. 9.3 You acknowledge that you are responsible for all acts and omissions which occur under your name, any other names that have been created under your GamersFirst Account (for example character names) and/or your GamersFirst Account." This could not be any clearer. Follow the law of your country, follow Little Orbit's rules. Don't be abusive and take responsibility for what comes out of your account. No matter which way you want to cut it, you violated the rules and this is the second time (that we are aware of) that this has happened. The last time we spoke, I said that you have to take responsibility for what you do and say because you may not like the consequences. It is clear you have chosen to misbehave and now you've reached the upper limit. Reading your posts, it sounds like you are angry and if I was in your shoes I would be angry too. However, deflecting the blame onto other people and trying to use other examples of what could be worse (hacks/cheats) or bringing up other websites (4chan, reddit) does not help your case. 4chan and reddit are separate entities with exclusive Terms of Service and User Agreements. Their rules do not apply here. So, if you prefer to behave that way without repercussion, you are more than welcome to migrate there. For me, it is sad because you come off as narcissistic and unwilling to take responsibility for yourself. If something bad happens, you will argue it is because the person who took that decision is sensitive, weak and easily offended and therefore you should absolved of the bulk of the consequence. On the flip side, if players are cheating and ruining the game, they are also being toxic and taking action against them falls just as much in line as you being permanently banned for your behaviour. Nobody will come on the forums to complain about being banned for using cheats because they have the simple choice of not using them to begin with. You have the simple choice of not using language and designing your character in a way which directly breaches the contract you have signed with Little Orbit. Try and see this from a neutral perspective. You clearly want to play here and nobody wants to put up with mistreatment during a game they play for their enjoyment. Take the time learn from this and please do better. If everybody is telling you that the way you are acting is the problem and you refuse to listen, you will keep repeating this same loop. Oh theyve already stated it wont be unbanned, hence why Im here. I dont honestly care about the account anymore, not like anyone's getting what's on it back. And with the way the game is going, there's nothing it really offers thats unique anymore. Sure, it can be fun, but some motivated indie dev could probably crank out an exact replica in UE5 within a single year if they wanted to match the current quality. For something by 2023 standards, maybe 2-3 years. Either way its not like I can lose anything now lol

Its because I legitimately have never seen you before so you claiming all that bs has zero basis to me. So I figured by proxy if youre making claims like that, that Id probably recognize you at the very least, and I didnt. Which then meant either I didnt know you or you were using a forum name different than your ingame name or under an alt char. Never heard that term before, neat. But honestly I do have a filter, I just didn't see any reason to use one especially in this regard. I save my profanity filter for people and things I actually care about lol. Either way, I was heated earlier about losing my account, but after a bit I kinda just accepted I was gonna get tired of the game and take another year long break, and that the game is probably never going to be in its promised state, or that if it ever is, Id probably just want to start over anyway, so I just dont care anymore.

Anyway seeing the ""good opinion"" several people have about you, the only thing strange it's the fact LO decided going from 0 to 100 with the permanent ban.. Welp, after having an eventful time this morning participating in the Beacon District, and then in the action district for the butcher event, I logged off. After a few hours of errands I attempt to log back in to find that my account has been permanently banned. No email was issued to me about this and my marketplace and forum accounts still say Active. According to LO, I was permanently banned for telling someone to off themselves. ONCE. Why this is worthy of a perm ban Ill never understand. Everyone here is anonymous, there's a rampant cheating problem evidenced by the massive amount of cheats readily available with a simple google search that Im sure a not-small portion of the remaining playerbase uses because LO doesnt know how anticheats work, and on top of that, Jericho already struggles for population. But nope, instead of banning those players, or the ones who actively drive around ramming players in cars during missions, or ghosting, etc. They'd rather perm ban someone who anonymously told another completely anonymous player to off themselves after they said some smolbrain trash. And Im well aware that some vocal clowns on these forums will probably speak up and reveal themselves on this post in support of my ban, but thats expected. Jericho is dying anyway, and so is the rest of this game that cant even push past 300 pop across Jericho AND Citadel at peak hours. Hell, this post will probably be removed by some butthurt mod who's afraid of being personally offended on behalf of nothing. Oh well. On top of the fact that this game is literally about killing people with a massive arsenal of weapons. What a backwards world we live in.

I'd love to see that. Would help assure people that anti cheat is working. I used to play War Thunder, they would give a summary each month something like "X amount of accounts banned due to forbidden modifications"

No Anti-cheat will keep cheaters out, that's not really what their goal is, companies like Epic know that their Anti-cheat measures will get bypassed no matter what they do, hence why the interactions between Cheaters and the Anti-cheat is an endless cat and mouse game, Cheaters will bypass the protection and then its up to the Anti-cheat to figure out who is cheating and how they are doing it to begin with at which point the Cheaters get banned and the protection measures updated to detect that form of cheating through whatever way they were doing it. BattlEye was simply too slow, it took ages to get even someone as blatant as a speed hacker banned, where as EAC the last time APB used it was MUCH faster at figuring out who is cheating and who isn't, this is what really matters, why would anyone stop cheating if they can cheat for months undetected and when they finally do get banned they just do it again on a new account? It'll take a few weeks to really see how effective EAC is this time around but seeing as there's been many cases of players complaining about being banned for doing nothing while openly advertising cheats in their discord bio's (lol) tells me that EAC is at least doing something.

We know it doesnt work cuz said hax were missing for bout 12hrs after the release, then came in hacking again. The word was that they just bypassed it in files. These kids know the game files better than LO. Now I don't know what the hax are doing to bypass it. I also don't have a clue if eac has banned or 'Flagged' accounts. I really don't see the problem with showing nameless numbers of bans. Could be just a monthly forum post, for instance. 675 accounts were banned for 3rd party prohibited programs 108 accounts were temp banned for behavior 1 account banned for political rhetoric.

Where are the bans? Since EAC came back , I saw some people complaining that they were banned for nothing (doubt that ) , but it is not possible to know the exact amount of how many players and which ones are being banned, it would be nice to do a monthly summary for the community of how many accounts were banned. We know that the anti cheat is there but how do we know if it is really working and that the team is doing what is necessary to ban the hackers? I am still seeing a lot of triggers/aimbot running around and making fun of the situation.

can you try going into your account settings on https://www.gamersfirst.com/account/ once there disable tokenize, wait a minute and then re-enable it. that should stop it being asked every single time.

The second time I was banned the first time I lost my account after 12 years of playing I was banned meaninglessly and this time the same thing happened I don't know what's going on I think this is a lot of incopetence they are killing the game I think I'm going to give up playing I've already spent a lot of money to get banned if only they had a clear answer to what's going on, they gave me 3 DAYS BANNED but I think that date has passed and so far they haven't solved my problem, probably they're doing it on purpose

Not one for anecdotal hypotheticals... since you "often" don't miss, but they ofc do and your RoF is perfect; my point is that the .45 is just a stronger choice overall. If two players of equal skill fought with those guns, in most situations I'd argue the .45 wins. Especially when cover is accounted for as it's able to deal more damage in a shorter window of time than the FBW could. Especially at distances of 36+ meters where the FBW requires 7 shots to kill and the .45 still only needs 5. Only very, very recently did it FINALLY get nerfed in range and it was by accident... Huh? That was only very recently--it's been ravaging the player base for years. The fact a new player has to farm hundreds of thousands of JT to get even a half dozen of these guns (which are character bound, afaik) is still absolutely nasty to me. And yeah, you can sit there and say it's not P2W (even tho some guns aren't in the JT store and only available in ARMAS), but the fact remains that it's a horrifying grind for a single pistol that outperforms the basic one. It just doesn't feel or look good, but the vast majority of the community use it... The sad reality is that so many have already paid for it; now they don't want it to get nerfed. Even you, I bet you use a silly primary and use the .45 as your answer to everything except long range, because it's just that good.
