there was a thread/post not too long ago regarding unmerged names (pre server merge) possibly being wiped. not sure if anything will come of it though. to be honest it's a tough one to call just deleting peoples names, especially if they have spent money on the account. inactive or not does not really matter. fact is it belongs to someone.

They've done a few cleanups on accounts with less than 24h playtime. I just don't see a need.

Character Bound option is useless... Let's agree on this, if you're gonna buy, buy for account. It's way better. And of course, you can have 4 chars as default per account, so you can use only 1 char but keeping the weapon if in the future you want to create another one. And CLOTHING, CAR KITS WITH WHEELS AND AUDIO. All of'em should be ACCOUNT BOUND too. EXAMPLE: You'll be able to purchase WARAGI PIONEER as ENFORCER with Account Bound option. You'll receive the normal ENFORCER WARAGI. And when you decide to create a CRIMINAL... No problem, a CRIMINAL VARIANT of WARAGI will be at your mail waiting you.

I get what you're saying. But why would I spend MORE than 15,00 (<<char bound) for an accountbound STAR 3slots. Look, I understand that money is needed and I AM WILLING to spend money. But as much as I would like to help LO out. I JUST (, and I mean like TODAY) set aside my STAR from 15,- and instead bought dying light on steam with all the dlc. A game that is about 40GB (it was on sale though). With prizes like these on ARMAS, it's just not competetive in the market. SURE I would like to have that non-f2p shotgun that snipes and shall not be named, but I'd rather buy Black ops 4 for that sum of money. We NEED. Like, ABSOLUTELY NEED another way to continuously spend money towards LO at a decent rate of payments with a fair prize... THEN we can talk cash (Don't worry still saving up for that STAR but it's just difficult when you make 5,- a week)

Can you catch my drift? 2 Steps From Hell: STEP #01: REMOVE the options: - 30 Days - CHARACTER BOUND STEP #02: Re-Price all weapons in the ACCOUNT BOUND option lowering 20% of the Current Price. PS: This is regarding about CAR KITS, WHEELS AND AUDIO: Instead of Selling Wheels and Audio separated from the Kits. Just Bundle everything up. EXAMPLE: I'll be using VEGAS as example. Vegas currently have 5 kits and 2 versions (RWD G24 and 4x4 G24): - RWD G24 is obtainable through Joker Boxes and/or KTTC Pack. - 4x4 G24 is obtainable through RHINO and FIREHAWK. What can be done: Bundle up ALL KITS: MERCURY, RUGIDO, HOT ROD, RHINO AND FIREHAWK + WHEELS + VEGAS G24 4X4 (Can anyone Lower the G24 4x4 please, making the same height as the NORMAL RWD Counterpart). And It's Profit

The DMR-AV PR2 Char to Account bound is like that too. I tried upgrading mine to acc bound awhile ago and couldn't.

How can they even detect separate accounts? Many players share a PC but use different accounts, because account sharing was also a violation of the ToS.

hate to see this discussion buried and the changes to forum accounts just forced on us. Stepping stone to the first wave of unpopular changes. while its just the forums, there's already no control users really have here and there is so much location and account data stored just on forum accounts that we cannot opt out of. at what point should we be concerned about our privacy? not sure what merging forum accounts solve.

I can understand the point of having multiple in-game accounts as I own a few myself, but what's the point of having multiple forum accounts? Just curiosity, as I don't see the point of having more than one. It doesn't impact the game, and your opinion should always be the same regardless of what account you're replying with.

thats a problem with the rep system. if merging forum accounts is because of something petty such as that..that is beyond stupid. There were already forum suggestions just to remove reputation from view, it serves no purpose and almost nothing comes out of it. for instance, no matter how many top posts OP had on the previous forum, none of it was even discussed within G1 (other than naming the Russia server Nekrova lol). @Lixil anything about this yet? Or are we going to continue speculating and have me and the people in this coffee shop share a forum account?

Excuse me while I challenge this reply. This doesn't answer any questions previously asked or even acknowledge the fact that "having multiple game accounts pretty much equals to, nearly by default, multiple forum accounts". Seems like you are approaching this on a case-by-case basis on problematic or special users. Back to square one on trying to discuss a change, here we go... What is the point of merging accounts? What does it solve? Who thought of this? Why do this? At what point does this unpracticed/undiscussed "implementation" process impact game decision s? Where else is this even used or even later considered (for older locations)? Why not just completely separate the Forums from Game Accounts then (if they aren't already)? Merging data is never perfect, is there no consideration on the impact on game accounts? Is this case-by-case? @iodyne_ Will they be merged to the oldest account? Will posts and upvotes be merged? @NotZombieBiscuit If I can't log in to this account with the merged logins can't I just make another forum account with those previous logins, which defeats the entire purpose of merging forum accounts in the first place? What if there are suggested accounts that are not mine? Can you really base this off an honor system? @MrsHappyPenguin How are separate accounts detected? @Captain Teemo What point should we be concerned about our privacy? Isn't it easier to resolve the issue that may have caused this? Thanks

I reach out to players who have multiple accounts I'm assuming you cant read and missed this part completely, she answered your question here she will contact you, and at that point you should tell her, "Myself and My wife both play the game, and she doesn't use the forum much, but this doesn't mean you're going to think her account is mine does it? We have the same IP." she will probably so OK or something and not touch the accounts of yours

Darn it, I should have screenshotted the match I had in Citadel against 2 trainee suspected cheaters who went who each racked up 14 and 15 kills against me and a lil bronzie. It weren't pretty since rerolling a new account to do shenanigans is still a thing. (Btw reason for the suspicion is their sniper range stars sometimes shot thru walls... often as soon as your head peaked out, exited a car, or was somewhere that came immediately into range. And boy dat range...) All I could say in District was: "Where are the GM's?" Who we hope will one day be on the districts to have a look or even spectate especially suspicious new low level reroll characters on throw-away accounts. your team match up looked more fair then some tbh, doesn't mean you didn't have a camped obj though. I have seen full gold teams match versus a low silver and a trainee before. Funny thing is, the wild card trainee's are often the practice cheat or shenanigans accounts... and sometimes they get 29 kills in a match, jus sayin it's kinda bad, but it's been bad for a long time... at least I'm optimistic there's a future fix. I think of it as playing an Alpha game right now... and don't take it too seriously. LO bought a borked and broken game. That's what we're playing... on potato servers even. But... it won't always be this bad. in fact it has the potential to be amazing. that's why I'm here, for APB: Reborn. And even though some missions are so unfair they make you groan... game is still fun sometimes. -
True cheater accounts make a lot of in-game cash via their cheats and a consistent high score, buy mods, pass them to a new account, delete and rinse repeat until they actually have several million in-game, and most long-term cheaters are extraordinarily rich, some even having 200 million... and owning, across several accounts, several legendary guns... If you note the truly suspicious probable cheaters are on low reroll accounts and using legendary weapons. So this is a huge flaw in the game design where a person can cheat and succeed extraordinarily well... and then make irl cash by selling off those tradeable legendaries. A lot of scams are associated with this wealth acquisition since cheater accounts really have no scruples and no loyalty or love for the game and playerbase. I think LO needs to rethink the whole broken G1 system... One of the reasons people do things is because they can and the system itself is catering to those misdeeds.

Yeah, the suggestion was for the tag they'd wear when they are on-duty / incognito, that's how its gonna work so I was wondering if they'll be using the same GM tag as any GM and for 2-way communication, I beg for that as I said in the main post, totally. I agree, they'll be using the tag on an alternative account anyways, and Lixil said they'll wont be allowed to reveal their private ingame identity, also is true that it is harder to caught a cheater when they are toggling off their cheats because of the admins, but also, since chasing cheaters will not their only function, sometimes the visible presence of an admin in a game makes people behave properly in every aspect. I brought this question because I'm aiming to create more empathy with the upcoming community GMs, we will not know who they are but it could be any player around, and looking at the positive side of this, it means that when we express our concerns and suggestions to the GMs will do it being confident that they'll listen from the perspective of a player instead of having some staff that is indeed disconnected from the game and the community as it used to happen some times. Many of us should remember the times before online gaming became massive, we used to play in private servers where the admins where also players and I think we'll agree players used to be very respectful with the admins and if someone was pushing the limits on every opportunity an admin kindly warned a player we saw how they just behave better. That's why I brought all this. Also, I edited the main post removing the second question of the poll and shortened a bit some text because Lixil already said her GMs will have the same tag once they are promoted and the thread is intended to exchange our thoughts and ideas than suggesting anything.

Wouldnt it be that HARD for a post from Lixil saying that " Some players might get their characters locked when they exit districts and this will get the character locked in that particular district leading 41 players on a side instead of fixed 40 " If there is an issue,there are 100 ways to solve it. Also i dont think people might be looking at district selection screen every 2mins ! I cant say anything about SPCT as i was part of SPCT only for 2 days... I joined SPCT and i made a fight with an old forum mod [Ringman], the bloody sucker forum banned me. At the time i could do anything as i tried to help the game n i got false buttr***d by a random forum mod. I contacted support n they said they will look into it, i waited a few days and then made another forum account n forgot about SPCT... when i checked back again, i was unbanned but removed from SPCT !

While I am glad to hear of some of the new changes already soon to be added and looking forward to future updates, I do have some things I absolutely would like to see changed if it has not already been considered. First of all on this subject I wanted to bring up the R&D weapons. Now, I know they are currently on armas, but the current prices of things for account lifetime unlocks are still somewhat on the extreme (more on that in a bit). My request about them is that for those of us who invest time and effort into building the weapon role ranks, could you take the 10-day leases off of the R&D's? It would certainly feel far more rewarding and worth the effort if we can unlock those for permanent use on that character after all the efforts rather than leasing. I feel like the roles should be made to mean something more than mere titles and mod unlocks. Now onto the other matter, account unlocks. I understand there is still plenty to be worked on, I get that, but my request here would be if you would make things such as vehicle kits and gear account-bound by default rather than only to the character we logged as when getting them. And although the time when I got them was long before the start of when you guys took over, a good example of this would be the waragi vehicle kit used on nulander pioneers and the tactical gear bundle. If such items are made account-bound in the future, I'd hope the same could be retroactively applied to the ones I claimed back then. The aspect of nearly everything being on a per character basis is what would cause players like myself to avoid any purchases other than perhaps a single time and nothing more. And finally I just want to say once again that I am glad to hear of the new changes coming along, and that I look forward to what is in store later down the road. I understand there is plenty to be done for possible improvements to the game, but I hope that you will also take the time to look through this discussion and take the requests here into consideration. -
Hello, I made one Mistake and I did order the wrong Weapon. Is it possible to change it to the Weapon I want via Ticket? Is here anyone who had the same Problem?

I still have the name Rapid99 on my main account, but my criminal / alt did have a forced name change; so my crim went from Agnosia to Allochiria. Wasn't the end of the world though, since not a ton of people recognize my crim character anyway. -
I mean i know everything about the hacker cause hes dumb enough to get traced. He keylogged me via skype to take my account
