Hi everyone, I'm going to make tomorrow's patch announcement. A patch is going up on the Live servers for PC. This patch will be happening on Thursday 4/27/2023. The patch is scheduled to start at 2am PT / 9AM UTC and will last 4-6 hours. GENERAL CHANGES: Easy Anti Cheat is now fully implemented in APB! Launching the game will install EAC automatically. Please continue to use the /report command to report cheaters, as always! Players can now choose to disable fog. This option can be found in the Advanced Video settings (note that keeping fog enabled slightly impacts performance) Day/Night cycle added back to Asylum Added the ability to disable Muzzle Flash and Magazine Casings. These options are in DefaultGame.ini, under APBGame.cVisualFX_Weapon called: m_bEnableMuzzleFlash=true m_bEnableMagazineCasings=true BALANCE CHANGES: Previously when nerfing the Colby .45, an extra 5m was accidentally taken off the range. After testing we’ve decided to keep this, meaning the Colby .45’s range will stay at 45m. Vaquero Gear 5 Topspeed increased: 1700 -> 2200 Coywolf VIP torque slowdown adjusted: 0.8 -> 0.94 (fixes ineffective modifier) FAR jump modifier changed: 20 -> 15 BUG FIXES: Implemented a fix for the ‘car bug' (the issue where exiting a car while drifting caused players to visually desync for everyone else) Fixed an exploit involving objectives and crouching at the same time KNOWN ISSUES: The achievement “Kind of a Big Deal” does not increment if you are already gold threat and your character existed after your account achieved gold threat Stalls can occur upon entering the Clothing Kiosk with “NEW!” items Tattoo layers are inversed, meaning tattoos lower on the list will cover ones above Thanks, Matt

the actual anti-cheat is Ok. The matter seem so there isnt a proper team updating it in regulary intervals You know.. you can set a different email than your personal mail for youtube or twitch account.. the paypal speech whatever make me spit the cofe on the laptop damn Anyway I am curious... at least Mack show us your character/s, I want to see the cars too -
You can create an account on odysee with a throwaway email, if you're really paranoid about people getting access to personal information. -
Ironically you have peaked my interest in what ever gadget I do have. However I probly wont be giving out my YT account, n I dont do twitch. Id have to learn how it works, then id have to go thru opening an account with twitch and paypal n all the other bs they want to join. Twitch being the only one Devs will review. Im not trolling, I'm trying to get LO to Hurry Up, n lets remember I dont have to prove shit to You. But Imma go back under my Rock for awhile, Ill try to figure this thing out. -
unfortunately support couldn't help even though i provided twitch vods from the same day my account supposedly got flagged so now i have to wait for BE themselves to hopefully look into this issue. has anyone had a similar experience with BE on apb? -

Some, maybe even most do it for the attention and you're playing right into their desire to be noticed, they feed off your outrage and reactions What else is there to gain from the precious time you waste here as a shameless bast ard utilizing third party software akin to handicap aid when you know for a fact each new account you make is temporary The only time public shaming like this would work is if you exposed their real life identity and address but false positives are always a possibility and so are unjust GM bans -

Well Yes and No, I think we'll have a week where they will all run to the closet, but the dailys will still come in, but not hack, and during that time allot of these license plate non names will go away. They will start coming back in and testing the system with 'Disposable' accounts. n about 2 weeks later, they'll all be back at it. That's If they Ever Install it. -

Fair Fight is the only one I ever saw banning people. I realize that the other Anti cheats dont broadcast the bans. Battle Eye is not an Anti Cheat per say It is to deal with ddos, and or poor connection/ slow internet. It kicks people from district or FC. Which is a problem in FC, if you make no kills or are not quick enough to get to the point, you get kicked, and like wise if your afk in district too long B.E. is who kicks you. We cannot judge eac at this point because they only installed the free version some years back, and it has never banned anyone to my knowledge. Additionally EAC collects information over time, and only after that Time does it begin 'Flagging those accounts that are receiving information they should not be receiving. So this would be effective towards Wall hax, large teleporting, speed hacking If the full version was installed, and its not. cuz they lazy. So All My money is on Fair Fight. It is My impression that no body has been banned by or flagged by an anticheat since FF was turned off, and when they finally decide to turn it back on. I won't believe that any bans have happened without some documented proof. ie the FF bans site, a pinned/Locked thread for moderators to list at least the number of bans that week if not the names. Waited too long to have any faith in LO. They are Stalling, LO does not show the level of urgency towards installing the anti cheat, that they should. The only time you see a gm is when the hackers are threatened by dump truck violence, legits get smashed up by some gold low rank Truck Trolling n nothing is done, noone comes to protect the legit. Its always been this way, the hackers run it, and they wont change that with some watered down anti cheat. The Game is not just the mission combat, We have to listen to the hackers in chat, see em mob out the hang out spots blasting bad ice cream truck music. Talking smack n listen to the innuendos n antics of hackers talking down on silvers. Dominating every mission so legits cant do missions without golds invading, n then bitching at you in chat to carry them, or do more when the other side is hacking, n if you don't Rush in n ace the whole mission, the gold will tk ya, then call ya trash. This is the Way LO wants it. Toxic and Hackish -

It is expected to last between 4 and 6 hours due to more extensive patching for PC. Check out the supplementary patch notes below! Thank you for being patient during this period. See you in the game! GENERAL CHANGES: We are saying goodbye to the Easter Bunny. We will conclude the Easter Event and revert districts to their normal state. POTENTIAL BUG FIX: Implemented an experimental change that should hopefully fix a bug where players occasionally appear in strange positions after exiting cars. BALANCE CHANGES: We moderately decreased the effective and max falloff range of the Colby .45 AP. We adjusted the STAR's jump modifier from 30 to 10. This adjustment should improve the players' experience while running and gunning with the weapon. We adjusted the STAR LCR's jump modifier from 13 to 10, keeping in line with the STAR it is based on. The FAR's jump modifier has been adjusted from 30 to 20. The adjustment places it between the NTEC's and the STAR's. Mikro and Vaquero (Enforcer / Criminal Compact) car's top speed has been adjusted slightly: from 19.5 to 20.5. Mikro's reverse speed has been adjusted from 13 to 15, making it equal to the Vaquero's. Epinephrine Injection: Damage taken: 25% -> 40%. KNOWN ISSUES: The achievement "Kind of a Big Deal" does not increment if you are already threat level gold and if your character existed after your account achieved the threat level gold. Stalls can occur upon entering the Clothing Kiosk with "NEW!" items. In bomb missions, bombs will hit 0 but not count as "exploded" if the player who planted them is removed during a mission. soon my account enter the character and create characters. I can enter the trade and purchase mode, but when I go to enter the open world to start missions etc, I can't log in and I get an error (BATTLEYE: CLIENT NOT RESPONDING) If you can help me, I'd appreciate it.

Must be a social owner. If he joins fightclub in the weekends there is a big chance Name snipped ~@mayii plays. A guy that got banned 40000 times. Out of revenge he cheats on alt accounts blatantly and doesn't get banned for a month or three. Lidl orbit doesn't seem to care much. Shit man can't even play fight club these days.

Hell no. Preventing the reported player from playing without an investigation is only going to negatively affect legit players. Cheaters will hop on their 10th alt account till the temp ban clears. They'll mass report anyone who can beat them. PUBG has this feature. Players get mass reported all the time. Temp bans are handed out left and right, but the majority of the temp bans do not become permanent. If those players were cheating, it only stopped them from playing on that account for a few days. Now, if they want to use reports as part of Fairfight to analyze players, that would be fine. For example, if a player rarely gets reported, and all of a sudden there's a bunch of reports from players who rarely file reports, than flag the account for investigation. I wouldn't auto-ban them, just in case. I'd also not want them to know other players are reporting them, that way they don't try to hide their behavior.

1500 is max default for all of aj and sc cheats it doesn't actually take into account the max render distance. The information just isn't even available to the client past 300m~500m I think haven't cheated on the game in forever though. G1 patched it in way similar too the way valve patched it for csgo(far esp) where that info just isn't given to the client since it isn't necessary.

If/when they work on this, please also do a pass on all the existing locations. Many of these "out of bounds" zones are placed poorly. This allows many of them to be ignored/bypassed, while in other cases they extend into legitimate gameplay areas and can cause problems for players. There's also locations players can get to that should have these zones, but don't have a zone in place.

Dear Reiheit, Thank you for your fast replies, unfortunately I have lost around 90 sniper kills these were progressing alright except the role showing 95/12 not leveling up the role and now it only displays 7/12. Could this be fixed on my account I play a lot and would hate to lose progress on any of my roles....? The activity roles are progressing fine now and displaying all the progress made so far thanks a lot for such a fast fix! I agree !!! As a returning player, this "out of mission-out of bounds" issue is my biggest problem with the game honestly. And a lot of players agree with this when we discuss it. I totally understand the good intentions of the developers behind implementing this out of bounds feature for preventing mission exploitations. But there needs to be an additional part that disables it out of missions. I would really appreciate a confirmation, that this is an issue LO is aware of
