    i need help

    This thread has been moved to the APB PC Bug and Tech Issues section of our forums. After the time mentioned in the error, you should be allowed back into the server. As mentioned by bIablablaheheheh, this error is most likely related to packetloss or connection issues. ~@mayii
  9. Open the game's location folder and then navigate to the "TPI\EasyAntiCheat" folder and launch EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe. That should install EAC fully for you. ~@mayii

    G1 bad support

    As mentioned by our CEO Matt Scott in his weekly update on the support tracking, the current maximum wait time is 16 days. While that is quite a long wait time, for which we do apologise, the team is working hard to lower those numbers as quickly as they can. Keep in mind that the number provided is only the maximum duration, it could be than the issue is fully resolved before then. ~@mayii
  15. There is no official APB Reloaded discord, nor any public discord servers run by Little Orbit. You will have to take this up with the people in charge of the specific server you're referring to, we can't take actions on a platform that is not controlled or moderated by our teams. Feedback can be given in the appropriate sections for that: Either the Gamersfirst Feedback or the General Discussion section of our forums. Suggestions can always be posted in their respective sections as well: The Game Suggestions or Forum/Website Suggestions. ~@mayii

You are most likely referring to one of the many Community run discords that do exist for APB Reloaded. As such, we are not able to make changes or influence directly what happens there, you would need to contact the owners/moderators for that specific discord in order to make your appeal. ~@mayii

  18. The steam account is only a link to a specific GamersFirst account, that account could use a different email than your actual Steam account. The support team will ask you for information to allow them to verify the ownership of the account before then allowing you to reset the password or the email it's tied to. Passwords are never sent out to players. I am a part of the Forum Moderation team and don't have access to the same tools as the Support Team, so I wouldn't be able to help with the support issues directly. ~@mayii

The steam account is only there to redirect to the Gamersfirst account linked to it, so I would have to suspect the actual Gamersfirst account tied to the steam login is on a different email then. ~@mayii

  22. Since you reset the password on your account, I would then assume your steam account is tied to a different account. If you are unable to make a support ticket through the Support Portal, send an email with all the information you have directly to support@gamersfirst.com. ~@mayii
