  1. OP could have avoided this by keeping closer to the Pioneer clown car, but OP doesn't. Nevertheless OP still manages to (inadvertently) use said clown car against one of the enemy team, killing them immediately as they step out of what they THOUGHT was a good place to spawn.
  2. That sounds kind of, restricting honestly - I'm sure there will be moments where a safe arrest morphs into a risky proposition. Killing the stun victim would be better than letting them get away wouldn't it?
  3. The shoulder width of APBs male model is unusually wide-set even at the skinniest slider configs. Adjust pls
  4. If you abstractly refuse to believe when the dev team says "we are now banning for x" after they previously said they weren't yet banning, only monitoring, why are you even playing the game? You're not gonna believe anything else they say about the current state of things. These last three points you raised have nothing to do with any conspiracy about LO "promoting cheaters".
  5. ISSR-B felt kinda weird to me when I tried it, never could get the hang of it, Oblivion just feels more predictable (given it has no real bloom to speak of)

Tying weapon damage to weapon accuracy will effectively kill off jump-shoot kills with the N-HVR, which is a good thing - its very annoying to be killed while trying to flank an HVR user solely because they got lucky with a jump-lean shot after having trimmed off some of your hp with a semi-auto sidearm. Having said that though I don't really believe this will stop CQC quick-switchers from being so devastating. With HVR -> sidearm QSing having been nerfed long ago, anyone doing it nowadays goes sidearm -> crouch -> HVR which can still shut you down in an instant if they get to fire first. The only real way to fix that is to reduce the N-HVR damage, which forces the would-be quick-switch legend to do more work with the pistol before he switches (giving you more time to kill him if you flanked with a CQC primary).

  10. If you really do have smooth, hitch-less gameplay, Your 2012 era GPU is probably why. I would assume older GPUs if anything have more APB-friendly DirectX 9 code in their drivers compared to newer GPUs.
  11. Large resupply boxes are limited quantity, and more importantly, they're VERY explosive. If u have an idea where the placed it, toss a nade at it.
  12. Meaning passengers could shoot out from inside the car without having to lean out to do that? Don't know of any game that allows that for passengers so
  13. What if windshield/tires had to take a certain amount of hard damage before failing? That could mitigate it somewhat
  14. That makes me wonder if the Oblivion does count as silenced. Sure it sounds silenced, but without tracers there's no real way to tell is there?

  19. Perc stamina damage is honestly just bs for the ease of use, it even makes the PIG feel like you got HVRed if you fall prey to it. LTLforcers already have stun-PGL for zero-effort arrests, at least make em work for their points
  20. Smaller studios do tend to have the company head be more visible to the players compared to bigger dev houses for whatever reason. One of the upsides to not being some big and bloated studio perhaps

So this is probably a good time for me to ask - given the steady improvements being touted by the major cloud providers these days, would migrating to a large cloud service (AWS/Azure/Google) be something worth considering in future? Possibly as a post-engine upgrade endeavor? How big a technical hurdle would that be to surmount?
