I think like LO does not understand how much does even 0.1s ttk difference matters in APB. 18% IS TOO FCKING MUCH!! Weapons that needs this mod the most, sufferst the most. My Pathfinders TTK with IR3 is 2.065s now and its god damn useless now, and it used to be my favorite weapon.

@Kewlin ACES rifle is basicaly Curse, but better in every single way. Lower TTK, better accuracy, longer effective range, reliability, wider (actual usefull) variety using different mods, better in closer and longer range, better hard damage, more ammo in store. Why the hell would anybody use Curse over ACES smg/rifle?

All weapons from the pack are permanent. If u r collector, u should consider buying whole pack. The only weapon worth a damn is Misery tho, and only with cj3. Just sayin. Other weaps from this pack are garbage with no use. Strife and harbringer are the worst weapons in apb history.

This sh*t again? Havent we been through this already? The result was total disaster. DISASTER. Yes, G1 has added districts with RTWs TTK in the past, and it was boring as hell and nobody played it at the end. Current average TTK 0.7-0.8s is perfect compromise between reflex skills, and tracking skills, not speaking of TTK in practice that is ofter 2-3s long. I would like to see LOs version of gunplay tho. Just like G1 took RTWs weapons and reworked it into this that I consider being perfect, I would like to see LOs rework of gunplay as a whole. -

No. NO. NO! Thats the worst thing that can happen to ANY online game. Havent you played other online games, MMORPGs? Free items are clear sign of despair, and decadency. Its the sign that something is wrong with the game. I know games that have removed exactly this, cuz it REPELS new players, and sane players. If there is such a "reward system", it means that game doesnt have what it takes to get and keep new players. It means that the game is rly in bad state, and we dont want to give out such a sygnal to the world. Fix matchmaking. Add tutorial map with a few objectives and tips, cuz new players often does not know what to do, and what is this game all about. Problem solved. -
I never seen so much hackers in APB as it is now. There was less hackers even while G1. This is so fcked up!! There are no wave bans nor individual bans. Groups of max rank hackers are ruining the game, laughing to the face. BattleEye does nothing. Triggerbotting is a thing again. Speedhacking? In this game? In this age? WHAT THE FAK! Where are GMs? Specialized "Cheathunters"? Give them tools to fight this trash. Bring back /report that notifies Cheathunters dirrectly. Give them invisibiliy, speed, radar/map thats shows players, make them being able to stealthly join a mission in any team, make it so they can see what players can see, give em banning permision, and recording tools so they have solid evidence againts players who got banned. Even Minecraft handles hacking problem better than you! I am so done. Yesterday I kicked 2 hackers out of my team, and have playerd againts hackers constantly. This is turning into some serious sh!t! It was fine for a while when BE was introduced, but now is APB under rule of total anarchy.

FBW is a much better choice unless u are able to hit player using CA3 5x in row under 10m range. I prefer .45 AP tho. Its such a shame it has such a low range. I wish it had 20m at least. It needs either better range or 244 damage, cuz I rly like that pistol. My opinion: not worth of buying unless u r collector.

I would welcome if threats were removed from districts, but removing it from characters would be terrible idea. Bronzes and Ts are playing in silver district anyway, facing gold players. If only we had fair matchmaking, golds could have more kills but at the end they would probably lose cuz of zergs swarm. Many ppl just join random district, and then they are wondering why nobody is playing there, and then leaving. Removing threats from districts could fix the problem.

They could just play around with some weapon accuracy stats such as bloom, bloom recovery, max bloom or recoil, but no, they decided to give it rate of fire penalty that makes most of weapons useless. this way they wanted to nerf certain weapons in close range, but this weapons were bad already in cqc. Its just other ppl dunno use cqc weapons properly and happened to loose againts them. OCA has even lowered TTK to be even more effective againts ntec. Whoever got this dumb idea must be silver from core of his bones. -

Wow, am I the only who dont mind VIP mission? I only dislike teammates that runs for their death bainlessly. Back to topic... The one with "GO TO" objective with 1 minute to complete. And almost all missions in Waterfront in which you play as an attacker. -

Can we get rid of IRs rate of fire downside already? Its been tested enough already, we ve been experimented on, and its been proven to be rly bad idea. It does more damage than improvement, and its annoying as hell. Ppl that been used to use IR on their weapons now prefers to play with empty slot, or have stopped playing entirely THATS HOW BAD IT IS!! Most ppl dont even use forums to show how unhappy they are. Everything else is fine, but hell, do something with this IR nonsence. -

@Mikarity Cons are fine. Person would either die, or get stunned if using FJ. I Think its fair trade for being damaged and being hit perfectly with cons nade. Thinking more about grenades, percs would be rly scary tho. 2 perfect hits with perc would stun a person. Perc nades does a lot of stamina damage already (350). If its stamina damage was changed to 150, its max stamina damage to FJ user would be 470. @iTzBlackout 75jt per mod is hella lot and not everybody likes to play in FC. I want consumables to become something as common as normal mods. Everybody prefers its own consumable, and maoing it random mission reward just pisses ppl off, and spams mail with hundrets of mods that ppl dont use. I wanted it to be permanent mods, but since we have trading system, money needs to be spend somewhere else.

My aim is to flatten differences between mods so even lvl 1 mods may be considered by players to use, but higher levels may offer slight benefits. Green CA 1 - -25% regen delay, no downsides CA 2 - -50% regen delay, +50% health regen time CA 3 - -80% regen delay, +100% health regen time I consider CA being pretty fine as it is Kev 1 - absorbs 15% of bullet damage, -5% overall speed (Player HP stays 1000 | N-tec 7 shots = 1100 dmg | oca 10 shots 1062 dmg, previously 9 hits to kill | JG now does max 595 dmg instead of 700 making it harder to kill in 2 hits) Kev 2 - absorbs 25% of bullet damage, - 10% overall speed (N-tec 8 shots = 1110 dmg | oca 12 shots 1031 dmg | JG now does max 525 dmg) Kev 3 - absorbs 30% of bullet damage, -20% overall speed (N-tec 9 shots = 1036 dmg | oca 13 shots 1050 dmg | JG now does max 490 dmg = min 3 hits to kill) As you can see, Kev is slightly buffed, but it no more benefits from higher HP, so falling and explosives "%" damage to HP is the same. I personaly use kevlar a lot and I think -20% is rly fine as it is so I want it to stay that way... if its not terrible, there is no reason to change it. Flak Jacket - -60% explosion HP damage taken, +66% stamina damage. (-edited 15.9.18 23:06 cuz Mikarity had a good point) Percs stamina damage needs to be decreased to 250 for this to work. Fragile - fine as it is. Yep. Consumables Buy consumables for ingame money 75$/1 consumable item. Its 25000$ for 500 which is max limit. I think its affordable and reasonable. Honestly, how much consumables do you use per match? 1m cd for both non-premium and premium. +remove dozens of mails with consumables.
