Bumping to say that anyone with questions about APB can ask me in-game, Similarities is my current character name, but you can also occasionally find me on my crim xKish0. I play lots of fight club. Just whisper me if you see me online and have any questions about the game. I can't help much with anything design related, unfortunately, but I can do my best to answer any questions you may have about guns/mods/mechanics/technique.

Do not put CJ3 on the N-Tec and do not put RS3 on the OSCAR. CJ3 only increases TTK of the N-Tec by about 0.02s but substantially increases bloom over CJ2, CJ2/IR3 are the only red mods you should use on the N-Tec. HS3/IR3/MS is arguably the best N-Tec loadout in the game. OSCAR's modifier cap is 1.01 so the use of RS3 is just a waste of a slot, usually putting something else (anything else with the exception of HS3 since I know someone is gonna try to troll me ) on OSCAR that isn't RS3 is better. IR3 is a requirement because CJ only speeds up how quickly the bullets of your burst will fire, and HB is just one big why. I personally use mag pull because the reload anim is already so fast that you're only out of the fight for a short period of time with mag pull, but you can make arguments for other mods (3PS if you can't use Tagger, Bandolier if you're not a fan of mag pull but I would not recommend EM because of the longer reload time.)

9/10, love Hotline Miami as a game (the OST especially) and this gave me a super Hotline Miami feel.

Not only this, but the "Reloaded" was partly there because the developers of the game were Reloaded Inc/Reloaded Productions, who are still around and do still exist, but are no longer their own entity, they're a part of Little Orbit, and from what I remember, they're being moved from being primary developers to a more "supportive" role where they produce content and another team in Australia is the one doing the engine upgrade from here on out, so Reloaded isn't even really doing primary development anymore.

People also said that sprint shooting messed up the hitboxes/hit reg and I never noticed that personally, but it still got removed so. /shrug

Wasn't directed at you, I'm just saying I don't know how my suggestions will change the entire game, if animations take longer on the HVR it might change the meta drastically or completely kill the HVR.

I believe that crouch spamming on its own is fine, but for N-HVR users, every animation should take slightly longer, but believe it or not, I'm not a game designer, so I'm not going to pretend I know how it'll change the rest of the game as a result.

I can tell you that I got a generic response in my "pls unban" ticket, and that was #93, so it could be they're investigating it, or it could be that everyone asking for an unban or making a ban appeal just got an automated generic response. Hope that helps even a little bit.

Give it a bit and then you can try to "bump" the ticket to the back of the line (I would not recommend this unless it's a last resort.) by posting in it again.

Don't quote me on it, but I think he means that the previous servers were all filled up and the idea is to help spread out the load more evenly across servers to keep any single server from getting overloaded with players.

Thanks a lot for the update, is there an ETA on when we can see this new system in place, or does the player base just need to keep our heads above the tide for now? Are these new servers that are being rented out going to help with the population, or help to mitigate the current lag? Or is that just preparation for the future?

Jericho down again, districts crashed 2x in 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, I was told that I would have to open a new support ticket to get my account unbanned 2 weeks after I put it in, despite it not being cheating related, so I opened a new support ticket to ask about getting unbanned, once again making sure to let them know it's not cheating related, I then got a response telling me to wait until after the BE patch (and the unban wave rolls out) and that only after then should I reply and let them know that my account is STILL banned (which it will be, because it's a manual 10008/account block, not an anti-cheat ban) I find that rather frustrating, but not much I can do I guess. I still don't even know what I did wrong besides "Other/Inappropriate Behavior", it has been 4 years, it's starting to feel like I'm never going to get my account back.

As far as I'm aware the sound is not spatial, unfortunately. I know that Dolby Axon had the ability to do spatial sound back when that was around but Axon has been dead for a while now as it failed to catch on.

Discord has an API that they (as in the devs) can integrate that uses the web to connect people to a giant Discord server together, some mods like El Dewrito (Halo Online) do this and it works very well, it would also allow for Rich Presence integration and inviting people to play APB with you via Discord integration. There is an issue where it randomly makes some people's mic very loud for a very short period of time when they connect to the server though, and I'm not sure what causes it. Just my 2c.
