im gucci bass Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18362) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202) AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920X 12-Core Processor (24 CPUs), ~3.5GHz Memory: 32768MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER like dozens of drives ... im using Flaws / Minimal preset (which isnt minimal it just has that name ...) and APBprogram -language=1031 -nomoviestartup -NoVerifyGC -dx10 -dxgi -d3d10 and APBEngine.ixi + BaseEngine.ini TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects=999999999 GarbageCollectionMemoryCeilingGb=3.3 ressolution: 1920x1080 no issues at all Possible Temporary Fixes: - get lower versions of windows example build 1903 of windwos 10 and disable updates (check if thats helped) - use proper config made by community (i rly recomend flaws one) - removing some windows updates connected to directx and .net - maybe diffrent drivers ? older or newer (this is assumption i will consider that at the end)

im using both at the same time - no issues at all, so i dont know whats im doing wrong ... but game is working almost perfectly not counting lower framerate like 70 - 130(where at 1050Ti i haved 85-90 up to 120) - i have no crashes at all my GPU setup main is 2080 Super and secondary as 1650 2080 has 2 screens connected and TV 1650 has 1 screen somehow its working with windows 10 1903 (os compilation version 18362.778) after windows updated(itself like it tend to do from time to time) with this update exacly (KB4552931) i tend to has a crashes. After I removed that update and all done in same day it stops crashing... I can answer all questions you would have so just ask. Possible fixes: Cannot spawn on map Instant crash: if you experiance this its most likely that your config is corrupted - it can be various things best thing will be to use preset Config (i recomend to use Flaws config 3) I have Crashes after dying in mission and re-spawning: I have Crashes randomly without any Information (or with information which don't tell anything): You should check APBGame/Logs/Current.log after your game crash to see whats going on and make sure to send it here so other ppl will easier helps you out (max last 50-100 lines of that file) it could be the issue of memory where application tries to write things outside of its scope. , It also could be caused by one of windows updates to be exact "KB4552931" (this one and all of them installed at the same date - why like this ? cause i remember i have at last 2 of them installed automatickly by windows which started causing troubles on my RTX2080Super) It can also be issue of exceeding memory limit of application which is 3.3GB (to check this go into APBGame/Config/APBEngine.ini line 86-87 there are 2 commands called TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects (which is time between cleaning memory using GarbageCollector) and GarbageCollectionMemoryCeilingGb (which is amount of GB alocated by application before next cleanup) im setting first one to 999999999 and second one is most likely depends on somethign cause it varries from 2.7 up to 3.2 depends on PC you need to test that yourself by going into a map and checking if game crash by itself. I will also recomend to use Flaws config from hes twitch and selecting Minimal settings ingame (to set all values properly restart game after choosing minimal preset) thats all types of crashes i encountered and which i remembered. There are propably more like wrongly alocated textures (setting them too small ex. to 1 or 0), also if game crash after splash screen its more likely caused by shaders :) if you have any other crashes please send that Current.log (end of its file max 100 last lines) in here so even admins could take a peak at them and determine whats wrong.

Update: i found out that you need to select specific product [30 days / character lifetime / account lifetime] which you want to buy before selecting "try out now" then 35% discount will be applied to your account and you can buy only selected preset (for example account lifetime) with that 35% discount

@MattScott could you peak your eyes up there in this topic cause something is clearly not right with weapons Showstopper - tested at 3m range i took me like 6+ shoots to not even kill an enemy(friend in that case moving left right) (im not saying i was able to do perfect shoots but i got a trigger that hit was made) it clearly needs smaller spread or more damage overall or some other tweaks cause this gun is useless now -
@MattScott i would like to inform you to start using FairFight and kick players out of the game if FF will trigger something and ofc. report that to GM's to further investegate also i was thinking if that EAC was even working ... good you point that out Thanks. also i will make like counter 2-5 kickout's with message you are using automated scripts software b4 banning such indyvidual - that will help some non tech ppl figuring out whats up. i could assume that EAC is not prepared for old games like APB and BE was doing better job just because it wasnt server side ... and also there need to be some server side checks. just detect mouse_events and ahk and autoit that should be enough

i know its driver issue to be exact directx 12 but this apparently fix my issues while playing on RTX 2080 Super so maybe others will have same thing happend also uninstalling update from windows can fix that i post that somewhere in technical forum link:

you can try to use frog pistol with new shotgun legendary :) 1 shot with shotgun and you finish with frog ;) its quite fast but shotgun is also rly fast but damage is shitty 30 m to deal damage are you jokin to me ?? nl-9 is better and its stun gun ...

what setup you have in your PC ?? @MrMen i mean pc specs ? it could be caused by ingame config file one guy found a way to fix crashing by OOM (Out Of Memory) and after spawning but apparently its not working for everyone get yourself flaws config its quite good optimised then setup ingame setting to minimum restart game and it should work at this point if you want to remove ingame stutters it will require you to mess with file named APBEngine.ini find those lines TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects=60 GarbageCollectionMemoryCeilingGb=9.9 first command tells engine to clear garbage collector each 60 seconds second command tells engine to clear cache if usage exteeds the specified number in GB of usage mainly you setup first thing to like an gour or 10-15 minutes in seconds (i have that on 99999999 cause 0 crash character editors in social) and Memory ceilingGb i have set to 3.0 while using Threadripper 1920X cpu and RTX2080 Super GPU and i have zero crashes on that setup im also experienced random crashes in game workd (aka financial waterfront) which was caused by windows updating directx or somethign like that somehow game isnt optimised enough to know that then you respawning it doesnt need to load everything again ... so its the most suffering thing in the game for ram disk usage if you have any questions ask here please

Hellp please note me below if you have any issues of using RTX graphics card cause as far as im using it i didnt have any issues (except 1 place then i setup everything to be maxed out in advanced launcher) 1. im using Flaws config from hes twitch channel (a New Graphics one) 2. uninstalled updates from Windows called "KB4552931" and all installed with it (if you install it regularry you will not have more then 2) thats all i done to get stable gameplay without any crashes on silver districts (i regurally play in like 2-4 hours sessions) if its already fixed by game itself then just delete this post

well having this crap also its not that hard to kill with it but its hard enough it need that 5meters additional to dropoff to start from i will also add that new slug shotgun also need more distance cause its useless gun now (ITS SLUG SHOTGUN IT SHOULD HAS AT LAST 50m Range) just take a look at stun shotgun its still better then legendary slug shotgun ... @SquirrelFace my friend finds that long time abo that messing with TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects and GarbageCollectionMemoryCeilingGb option which is setted by default to 9.9 will help with stutters alot for example: TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects=1800 GarbageCollectionMemoryCeilingGb=3.0 additionally use launch command "-NoVerifyGC"

FX8320E + 1050Ti 60+ on waterfront (im giving lowest fps) 80+ on financial (im giving lowest fps) 101 on social (im giving lowest fps) after playing for like 2-4h i need to restart game entirely because of overloads going on and FPS drops to 40

what about of this ? 1. your first point is Ultra hard to implement (plus easy to exploit same as other systems u show us) - easier will be to block weapon after mission to force player who has more then 1 weapon to play with diffrent type and do so per 10+ missions then reset first weapon blocks (looking like in an array) for players with lower amount of guns it will apply to their last weapon aviable then will end up unlocked first weapon if you uses more then one weapon they all will be blocked in next mission (first "one" will stay blocked untill their time reached(i mean full array goes on - and that one which was switched in the last mission will be just blocked in next mission (in the name of fair play no spams)) same i will do with nades if u stay in same area while in mission and you start to throwing nades one by one with ressuply next to you it should be blocked (ressuplying nades) after reach of 10(propably its a good number could be lower) everything else go as logic goes 2. Second point, this will be solved by blocking items after end of the mission so player playing with TRUE OGRE will next round play something diffrent because he will get it blocked (temporally) - it also goes as blacklisting 3 blacklisted weapons could be connected to type of missions which will contain for example "Only Explosives, AR allowed (mission without car delivery)" etc. it need to be discussed, and consider all mission types etc. so for example one mission will allow only cqc weapons (if u dont have any go with star ? or one will be given to you(or bought from your possibilities from contacts), who knows) 4. as LO stays or some ppl from there the items From Armas (aka reskins) are same weapons that are allowed in the game via apb$ or JT's, its just lifetime lease for character or account 5. sharing weapons is bullshoot ... did u think about: 4x TRUE OGRE ISNT ENOUGH ?, or 4x Volcano, or 4x Ursus, or 4x OBIR 3 Slot - it will make more cancer then it is now (again blocking weapons after mission will be an option but need to be discussed how much weapons will be taken under that controll etc.) 6. about Items requirements i will lower it or portion it so for example at 50R u unlocks something special at 100R, 150R,200R(or 195R),255R diffrent weapons to buy for example clear versions of armas weapons with small requirements of JT and some chunk of APB bucks conclusion with this blocking system i shortly described it will remove always ntec/obir/all cancer weapons teams (it could be exploited as everything but i think its better sollution then blacklisting weapons ...) oh and blacklistings could be good but for teams for example your team blacklisted remote detonator and kevlar(all levels) and other team (opposition) blacklisted clothing agents(all levels) and happy landings so it will connect this all 4 items together take a middle number (which is 2 in this example) and shuffle the mods and display for example (No Kevlar and No Happy Landings) - i dont know i dont think this will be good idea but ... guys think about it and give a construct feedback i think its all for now, i know u will not be able to understand all of it im trying to type, just try (use some logic add something from yourself)
