i can see this being a very difficult thing to code in correctly, how would this handle vehicle objectives? still think the easiest way to handle this is just allowing a toggle option, that way if anyone is really worried about griefing they can turn off collisions to do the mission and then turn collisions back on afterwards so they can get the "open world experience"

are we really going to pretend that even having to ask the question "is this racist" somehow means something is offensive? setting aside the fact that there are hundreds of actual offensive things that no one bothers to ask "is this racist" about, people have brought up valid reasons that effectively show 'unoffensive' things that could and would in fact be offensive and that is the slippery slope - where is the line drawn? where do we say "well its okay if this only offends this group" ? isnt it offensive in and of itself to say that one groups reactions are not equal to anothers? its really cool and all to dismiss this all with a slick phrase but these are pretty important issues imo

fair point but if we remove ingame voip how will my teammates open broadcast poor quality music while i attempt to make callouts

not everyone uses those, and it seems rather ridiculous to expect every random group to get together in a 3rd party program in order to communicate

id like the second car as well but only if they change both auto manufacturers to something that already exists ingame and is lore friendly

the old threat system looked terrible imo, the only good thing about it was the incentive to win which was also the worst thing about it aside from the visuals we still have the same system anyways

iirc mattscott said in his opinion it wasnt ideal that the current threat system can be played so easily and theyd have to look into it at some point doubt its something thats going to happen for a long time tho

speaking from personal experience, if your multiple accounts already existed before the code went out there was no punishment for redeeming the code on all of said accounts

there was a free code given out to every account that was redeemable for one power joker box 9 iirc it was also given to any new accounts that were made that day, so people started making dozens, if not hundreds, of new accounts to essentially get infinite codes and infinite joker boxes then g1 banned people (justifiably imo) for exploiting the codes like that

there’s a difference between being a good customer and a bad customer a good customer asks what’s happening and what being done to fix it, or reads and understands the information that has already been given (something you clearly didn’t do) a bad bad customer acts like you the customer is not always right, contrary to popular belief

i agree that car surfer is badly balanced, but the timer on the osmaw was very necessary i still remember the pre-detonator car bombing
