i think the EOL line is a bit lackluster the windup makes perfect sense, since it eliminates the only instakill that apb had it wasn’t just for the old car trick either, the windup also prevented the (very popular) use of the osmaw as a 7m radius quickswitch in cqc firefights

this feels like satire but escalating a situation needlessly is a great way to end up injured, dead, or in jail not saying you gotta thank him for breaking into your car but “squaring off” with a complete stranger immediately makes you the aggressor, which both gives him an excuse for escalating even further and a legal justification for anything he does to you afterwards

yes theres a stun grenade and it works similarly to a concussion grenade, except it has the ability to one shot stun you if thrown correctly however, all grenades to a certain amount of stamina damage, which is why percs are often used with ltl - its a fast easy way to start or end a fight by taking a chunk of the opponents stamina, theoretically putting you on the same level as lethal weapons in that same scenario a lethal weapon likely would have killed you in 1 or 2 shots, ltl is pretty underpowered even when used optimally
