Probably they won't want to ever return. The only possibility i could think of, is if APB breaks the curse of its long lived bugs and lack of content, and turns out somehow to become a great success. Maybe if this happens, and they see the game turned into a major hit that keeps on growing strong, they decide to return and be part of it again.

Great news showing up here, keep them coming guys! I thank you all for the participation! Many devs left the game abruptly, Omocha was one of them. Maybe they got dissatisfied with what was happening, and seeing they were running in circles for years, with the old bad management decisions. Maybe some better oportunity showed out of the blue for Farf, he was/is a cool guy as it seems. Or what if he got dissatisfied with the community? We may never know what really happened I'm seeing all this as positive too! I'm not sure if Matt or Lixil had played the game before they acquired Gamersfirst, but if they didn't, they are now doing it and seeing how much life and desire to live and get better APB has in its guts. They and their staff seem to be really enjoying the game and its mechanics (apart from the roten ones). It's actually a VERY GOOD game, and as many say and know, it has yet one of the best customization systems out there among games. It's just not SO SO SO much better and enhanced, due to the fact the game has stalled for so many years without any further development on avatar customization areas. No new hairs, we got "a limited" customization bar that could certainly have been increased among years if game had its proper development, etc. We can only keep faith and hope for now, but as things keep on moving, it seems the right company has acquired the game. .

But i still think we should buff the snubnose to finally rival the ntec !1!!1!11!!!!

But is there anyone else who misses Farfletched? And thinks his remix of Love at the Speed of Light is one of the best sounds around APB? @Ketog : Thanks for the heads up! If the old login screen wasn't so good and perfect, this song could easily be a main theme for APB imho. Posting this here also, maybe @MattScott and @Lixil had no knowledge about it yet. Cheers!

I'm astonished. gogol actually speaks. I thought you were just a purple squid that vaped. broooooo After the warning i received from him, i actually had the same outburst. I lost most of the interest i had, bearing in mind that back then i used to take Tiggs words like a sworn oath. I really believed her words, and defended G1. Then i stopped being so blind, said some truth and got finally banned without a blink. But here i am, seeing AN ACTUAL GOOD COMPANY taking over and showing the old staff (which are now located backstage) how its done. By old staff i don't add the Devs like Andro, Aphadon and Majiik, because when something bad happens they usually show and act properly and professionaly. 100 Kudos to them! .

Speaking openly here, since it was "left in the past" (or isn't it?), Mod Squad 20 was a truly "patootie" (to be utterly gentle here). He used to lock threads, give warnings and disappear with threads without even giving a proper feedback to anybody. I still remind the day i had to recreate a thread 3 times, and i wasn't naming and shaming anyone, i was just making fun of a fact that a teammate got the briefcase and took it to the opposite spot (enemy spot). It was a clear thread, stating it was about fun, and the thread wasn't even locked. Then, after the 3rd time i had posted the thread, i got a warning from the "lovely" Mud Squid 20, and that still gets me to my nerves today. What an unbelievable "lovely person"... And some months before this LO takeover, some Mod openly went out of his Mod account, openly dissed a forum user in one of the most unprofessional ways (without even hiding that he was still a Mod back then), and Tiggs didn't move a feather to punish the Mod. I don't really remember which was the number of the Mod, but IT WAS a Mod. If anyone else reminds the case, please cast a light here! .

Reasonable player testing things on OTW: "Hey, i'll join OTW to test things out and help LO fixing stuff, so i can gain on a long term, with a stable game having additions of new content. That's a reward for me also!" < This player fairly gets a reward based on what Nite said, and he gets a reward in the early and long terms. Success!! "What i'm afraid of" player testing things on OTW: "HEY, LEMME TEST THINGS ON OTW SO I CAN GET STUFF FOR MY ACCOUNT" < This player joins OTW, joins Waterfront, drives around for 5 minutes than starts ranting: "WHERES MY STUFF? I WANT MY REWARDS" *sends ticket to support to complain*

I'm watching how things are going for now, and i'm keeping my game updated. I'm still waiting for the content stuff to happen, EU, Armas Repricing or whatever. Watching the news here on forums keeps me more entertained than actually playing the game.

No problem at all my friend, it's because i truly trust that LO is capable of running things and they are showing it. But when it comes to rely on our community... oh gosh, every time a little part inside of me dies.

So, GTA V driving mechanics are server side like on APB, or client side? I'd bet its server side too.

Sorry to drop by and be a buzz killer, but i really hope not! If you were hacked by someone invading your account and selling off your things, that would be alright to get your items back; but giving items back to people that went full blown greedy on deals like "hey, im trading my AAEPD for a FFA Bullshark" and got 100% scammed would certainly flood the support system with lots of dubious tickets. I know LO is doing a great job and all, but one thing must be said: They can't hold the entire world on their arms. They must choose wisely what and what not to do. .

Besides it sounds like a good idea, people would just turn the opportunity into another Refer-a-friend abuse. Claiming that they tested things while they would really not test them.

I agree too. The concept is cool, but there are so many things in the video that ruin or diverge from the game For example, the acting was pretty bad, the fat cop on its knee crying like a baby was terrible, the bald cop guy doesn't have a badge on the live action, then he appears in game with the badge. Now something that diverge between the action trailer and the game, is the girl using a nun outfit. We got no nun outfit in game! What the heck!!

Sure, why not? If this game ever gets to a pristine condition, with better (decently updated to 4.0) looking graphics, no critical bugs, enhancement of current mechanics and considerable new content (new maps, reworked UI that wont cause lag, new mechanics, new cars, weapons, modes, etc), it could certainly has its place on E3. Blizzard advertises their World of Warcraft, which is already 14 years old and people still enjoy it. Not like big companies do (Bethesda, Playstation, etc), but maybe with a stand there, givin attention to people, marketing the game and giving some fancy things to people (flyers with codes) to gather their attention... but the main thing must be there then, which would be: a REALLY polished game, that can't look like it's now, all broken from years of mismanagement and unattention. Remember the live action trailer? This could have worked, if the game ALSO worked as it should.

People already told you, your computer is probably infected with a malware / virus. You should either install a good antivirus to check the health of your operational system, or reinstall it from ground zero. Someone's probably monitoring your activities.

OPGL is useful at Baylan, against roofers camping the Dockyard.

OPGL has rendered one of the moments for me on APB. Ex-GM G1Zieu was playing with everyone on Baylan years ago, and he was randomly spamming OPGL all over the docks. Got me killed for sure, and that's now the cover photo of my profile.

Can't you let titles for members with a <X> number of posts? I don't wanna see my pretty shiny title go away. It's so simple and yet effective.
