  1. If the ursus is needed I'll probably go back to the obeya rifle. Obeya just requires a few more taps.
  2. I hope it disables all mod use for 30 seconds and destroys all deployables caught in it's blast radius.

Why does the ntec only need to have one downside (sniper ranges) while every other weapon has multiple downsides in either range, accuracy, reload, ammo, equip time, etc. High skilled vets generally use the ntec as their go to weapon for everything except in extreme ranges. There is a reason for that and the developers know why.
  4. It's not about beating all SMGs in cqc, it's the fact that the ntec is shockingly viable in cqc excellent in mid and decent from mid to longish. The only real negative is the longest ranges.

  7. It's not that the ntec out performs cqc weapons close up (though it can if you get lucky), it's that it is much better at cqc than any mid to longish range weapon should.
  8. no, it's not lazy, the TTK in this game is already absurdly low, as low as 0.65 seconds, that's barely half a second. Imagine if all the weapons were as effective as the Ntec across all ranges. At that point why not just have the Ntec and reskin it a hundred times. The Ntec is too good in multiple ranges and has no real downside other than the longest. Meanwhile nearly every other weapon has massive limitations in multiple areas; equip time, reload time, accuracy, mobility, etc. Having just one limitation on the Ntec makes it a candidate for balancing.
  9. You can balance one weapon that is a little too good up close, amazing at medium range and decent at mid-long range or you can buff 45 other weapons around the Ntec, which sounds more reasonable.

  11. It is great but only in the 2 shot range 80-100 meters. Past that I would rather use the HVR or scout variant sub 80 meters considering the DMR is a heavy weapon mobility wise. For me even the Dog-ear is more fun since it does a lot of hard damage and kills in 3-4 shots with full mobility and you can shoot out of a car window.
  12. they should really just become a regular mod, be sold for cheap at the JT store, or be taken out of the game. The whole idea of a consumable is a bit silly considering I have 500+ of most excluding the few I use.
  13. Art has a range of like 50 meters. Dog has a range of 83. It just isn't listed correctly in the graph in the game. I almost bought the Art because of the open slots before I looked up the info on the database.
  14. against bronze (actual bronze and low silvers) radar tower is amazing because they never destroy the cars, same for car spawners. Spotter is nice because you can spot enemies and watch them run around trying to flank. Against true golds, they don't make much of a difference because we destroy cars before they are a threat and we don't care if you see us because we are going to kill you no matter what (well not me, I'm a strategic gold not a gold who can aim).
  15. Honestly I find that better than the 1 JT reward I am usually insulted with. It could be 10 JT per mission. That will make people play 10 missions to get 100 a day (cap it at 100). So one to two months of farming for one permanent weapon if you play every day and finish a few daily and fight club.
  16. I say let players clip as much clothing as they want with in outfit design limits. It doesn't effect me and gives more options for people who are creative.
  17. I would like full body skin tight, no seam spandex (matte). That way you can decorate your character as having tattoos then change spandex to a superhero outfit etc and it would go under any clothing items. We have a lot of great artists but are limited by the designs of the clothing. Full body spandex would give us a lot of options with hopefully very little modeling needed.
  18. minecraft runs smoothly, apb looks like crap and runs poorly so your friends are correct in their decision.
  19. Explosive weapons are easy to counter... if you have access to Flak. If Flaks rank requirement was lowered to 85 (like most mods) you could neuter explosive users easily.
  20. that issue has to do with the decal layers encircling (not projecting) the clothing item at a greater radius than another object (katana) which blocks the decal. You can fix this issue by lowering the radius of the decal from the clothing. You may have to do multiple copies of the decal and shrink it to "fill" in different areas if there are a lot of complex shapes blocking the decal from rendering. I had to fix multiple shirts because of this.
  21. anyone that says mods don't help a player win or give players an edge are in denial. Radar, car surfer, remote detonation, mobile sling, hard landing, etc, are all very useful. I personally hate the rank 195 requirement on the newer mods and I don't think renting mods is viable at their price.
  22. which is more probable, that vets are clueless or new players are clueless? Anyone can be wrong, but if a lot of vets are saying one thing, it maybe more true than if a lot of new players are saying the opposite. calling people trash is just stupid, harassment coming from anyone should be ignored.
  23. you just tap tap tap fire. Other than that it is the easiest weapon to kill people with and I am always shocked as how quickly opponents die. It's a bit too good to be honest, decent close up and very easy to use at mid range.
  24. or just lower the mods requirements to 85 like every other mod. Rank 195 restriction basically creates a giant gap in power which in a shooter is BS.
  25. that sounds amazing. Next weapon is a Katana bow.
