I feel like you choose Intel way to easily over AMD, the single thread performance is not that much anymore. And it's simply not true that Intel lasts longer. If games actually start using proper cores and loads on there cores, AMD will shine heavily.

You can always test on OTW to be sure, but I am sure most overlays are ok.

That is correct, but if BE takes a screenshot or they look for evidence in something weird, would they flag/ban you for this? Technically it doesn't modify anything but I'd assume it would fall into that category since it's not there by default. I still want to know an answer to this. Getting banned over something like this would be silly and I just really want to know where their thoughts are right now on this subject. It does not impact gameplay so I guess it would be fine. It is not allowed to use custom mission names/colored kill feed as that does break ToS.

What is the stance on login screen removal? I basically involves renaming a file to another file to prevent the animated login screen to load, is that something that could trigger BE or a bannable offense if seen? It basically has 0 impact on game play anyway but it does slightly break ToS as it modify the original file structure but it does not modify the file directly.

I assume it's performance loss with the overlays, not the actual program. Regardless these programs have always been a performance loss.

Apparently it worked by adding the original's APBCompat.ini [AppHWConstraintsBucket1] 2 and 3 all in the custom config (and change if needed) then I was allowed to join the server.

The login data is copied, the account data is not. You could try it, I don't actually know if it does prevent you from logging in.

Yeah that's what I meant, wondering if they even find this offensive or not. All these tweaks or mods or whatever you call them are already out there in the wild and have been for a long time. It does break ToS but are they going to act upon it now? The ToS also stated shader edits were a bannable offense but they have never publicly or banned someone for it as far as I know. Unless you run it on a stream and everyone can see it. These are config edits, not file edits.

Define extra edge? I highly doubt the skilled players drop any skill at all.

This will stay, the stigma is already there. People really can't accept that some people are just good players.

The APBprogram seems to be off, but it gets that from the launcher. I even removed it and forced reinstalled it and yet the same issue occurs. It gives me the version: 1.19.5.789517 When updated it still gives me this version.
