These 'hackers' create private cheats to gain some passive income and advertise towards the weak minded players that thinks in order to win 'you have to cheat to be cool and get invited into a cheater group to clout chase' for a monthly fee in which people are willing to pay in purposely to seek attention to make themselves known by making players like yourself mad and react with accusations over the district chat. It's a spiral, we can avoid all this give zero attention to accused cheaters let EAC do it's job or report to customer support with video evidence, after all it's just a video game.

Because some players get better connection closer to east or west? There are many players who play from outside of NA. A decade ago there were 2 populated NA servers, Colby (WEST) and EAST (Joker) which divided NA player base apart, while Colby (west) allows other players located outside of NA, they were able to play on a ping of 160-180 (Asia + Oceania). G1 merge the server into 1 region, which later includes the players from the server of Brazil and Asia/oceania (han). So NA has a large apportion of different regional players. how does it feel to lose to someone with a higher ping?

The thing about customer support it deterrent players to submit a ticket, like why do we need to provide IP address, transaction ID, account registration date, region of registration and characters involve? For example if I have someone team killing me consistently and have it all on video I should be able to submit ticket select category grief / team killing, add a title write the player’s name and what happen and upload video submit. not filling in these unnecessary information. LO customer support is not simple

'I come to play at my own pace' in a 10 year old game? with low population. Kinda too late now as Asia/Oceania player base has perish long ago and probably old players have forgotten about this game, Han used to have 700 population hosted in china, during the early days of the game, shortly G1 moved it to California which killed it off. Also they don’t even have any language support for the Asia player base. I have probably seen all the Asia/ Oceania a group of players from Vietnam, China (need vpn to play), japan, Thailand, Singaporean and Korea. Only a small proportion has came back prob won’t stay a while.

I can agree Asylum is too dark. Brightness on 4 still some what dark. Change it back please.
