Acornie 490 Posted January 26, 2019 Han Veos are one of the two taxi types, just random which get put in what district and I assume won't change until servers are reset. No, actually happens to every car. They all have their counterpart that doesn't spawn with them. IIRC the groups are broadwing/veo taxis, vegas/cisco, sentinel/ceresco, t25/montane, moirai/kurai. LilyV3 323 Posted January 28, 2019 well, when a district starts some cars get chosen randomly, (there is no district or time related switch on cars) which then not makes their counterpart present.
