nah, if we are doing ban lists I want to see EVERYTHING. i want all their characters/accounts that have been linked to it. makes me feel good about myself -
So I used to play APB Reloaded starting from March 27th 2015 but quit on March 17th of 2017. Recently I started getting interested in the game again but I am having a login problem. I am unable to use my old account because my password from Steam account 7 years ago is not acceptable to the login server. Every time I open the launcher it says Password Expired. I attempted to manually update my password using an old account registration link I found, and after doing that it at least lets me manually login but that only enters me into what seems like a brand new account. I had to make new characters and all my levels and gear was gone. (Which was bad enough, but at least I can still play and slowly try to erase years of rusted instincts. Funny enough I know exactly what to do and where places are as if I had never left, but I just don't have the reaction speed or aim to keep up.) But my problem with expired password persists as every single time I run the APB launcher it errors on startup saying that the Steam password is expired. I can still manually login using the newly redone password but the expired password error message won't go away. Furthermore, if at all possible I really want to get back my old account data. Losing all those high leveled unlocks and perma stuff kind of stinks by itself, plus it is quite hard to compete with people when they are running around with advanced gear and you're stuck with a star and obeya pistol with no mods. I am incredibly rusty after being gone so long, and I know that will be hard to overcome, but having equipment deficiencies on top of that is just making a hard climb back to my old level of play even harder.

I was wondering for those players whom already spent money on both PC and Console on separate emails, is there a possibility of merging the accounts so if you have both a Console and PC account already with G1C purchases on both accounts, can you just merge the both together? I don't want to transfer between both my console account that's transferring over to Pc while I already have a PC account. -
I don't look into this account anytone, at least I don't see anything stupid in it, if you want to make fun of me, then you won't succeed.

That's strange. Last time I was linking Steam account it basically just ask you for e-mail and password to link. And that's it. F2A is checked upon login. Unless you need to first unlink account. In this case you need support because not a single dev though of such simple feature in-game...

There is a functioning 2FA system, I'm easily able to use it. You set it up on your G1 account, outside of the game.

Matt has played before. i have seen him on excatly twice in APB and once in fallen earth. now comparing that to a normal player well. um it isn't alot of course i can't say for personal account(s) as i do know devs/gms have personal account(s) to play normally not get bothered and so on so forth -

I have the same issue, I really hope this gets patched soon because new accounts are all missing out on an important reward from that tutorial.

Oh my god I think I figured it out! It looks like I have 2 accounts for some reason - one of those is original that I created when I first bought the game (before reloaded) and it got migrated into gamersfirst and doesn't have link to steam, and the other one - is when APB Reloaded went to steam and I played on it too. So now I guess the question is - how to make the original account linked to the Steam? Should I delete the other account and change the email on my original one to the email I use for steam? Would it work?

I'm logging in from the same PC, from the same physical location. There's enough data being sent to the login server to prove it's the same physical device. All this system does is frustrate the user. If anything, it will make a user ignore the temporary trade lock when someone else accesses the account, because they'll think it's yet another false positive. Besides, rumor is you can trade the first time you login to the account from a different location. The trade lock kicks in after switching characters or logging out and in again. I haven't tested it, because who knows when it might decide to permanently trade lock my account. It's happened to other people.

Old APB had a wanted system that wasn't neutered and the aggressive out of bounds system didn't exist. Those 2 things alone are pretty substantial changes from the current game.

Entirely obscure thing but if we merge our accounts, is it possible the console weapon skins could be made account wide? Would be neat to have my xbox weapon skin on PC. Its technically an xbox anyways -

You're not the only one. A clan member from back in 2012 recently tried playing. A bunch of stuff is missing from their characters. Support said they couldn't do anything. I saw another friend playing, but it wasn't them. Whoever had the account was speaking Portuguese. Original owner spoke English, and only signed in from US locations. It took months to get their account back, and all support did was give them about 3000 G1C. Nothing was returned to their account. I don't think Little Orbit are logging anything, or support staff don't investigate account breaches. Logs are easy to save, especially basic stuff like IP and MAC. They're probably using a 3rd party for support, who uses number of tickets closed a metric, instead of hours worked. -

That would first require them to acknowledge other accounts as belonging to you, which they adamantly refuse to do. I've tried getting them to release my CBT account back to me, but nothing but crickets in return. -

Multiple other topics suggest that deletion of account which is linked is only way to link other one without contacting (dead) support. If there is nothing worth of value on it, why not?

Today I logged into the game, saw that I needed to disconnect a friend and saw the inscription "your account is not allowed to trade" Why could this happen, and what should I do?

The key requirement is that your PC account has to have logged into the game at least once. Other than that, you can migrate your Xbox progress over to an existing PC account (it doesn't have to be made specifically for the migration).
