  1. While the server is indeed down for maintenance/patching, the changes being made are not the ones mentioned in the July update thread (yet). You can see the patch notes for this patch on the patch notes page. That page also has server status indication on it to let you know when you should be able to connect back to the game. ~@mayii

  4. While the SPCT members are volunteers as well, I was referring to the moderators and the GM's. If you, or any other players, were partly helping by providing accurate information that helped the staff resolve the issues I would very much like to thank you, or them for that. ~@mayii

    I can not buy G1C

    The white page is not fully white, if you select all and copy paste that to a document you should be able to read the error message. This is an issue with Paymentwall in your specific location. If possible I would suggest using one of the other payment methods. I have also moved this thread to the PC Bug and Tech Issues section of our forums ~@mayii

As mentioned by Matt Scott previously If anyone has evidence indicating that any of our volunteers are breaking our Terms of Services, send that information to a member of staff or one of the moderators so they can forward it to the appropriate members of staff.     Trade locked

    I have moved this thread to the PC Bug and Tech Issues section of our forums. When you join the Social (Breakwater Marina) district, you should get a message in chat specifying how long you're still on tradelock. You can also create a new email ingame and hover over the paper-clip (as if you wanted to attach something), this should give you a message indicating the remaining time. ~@mayii

  20. I don't see any specific mentions of PC in this subforum's description. As long as the platform/server is identified it should all work out just fine. ~@mayii

  23. I have moved this thread to the Fallen Earth General Discussion section. You should be able to see the remaining premium time on the marketplace. When your premium expires, you'll go back to how it was before. More Commander codes might come in the future, but there's no guarantee for those. ~@mayii
