Based on the posts by Matt here and here, the current server configuration is temporary and will improve once we have all of the servers fully operational. As for what your ping will be to any of the available servers once all the works have been fully completed that will remain to be seen. I'm sorry for the temporary inconvenience this causes. ~@mayii

You can make the ticket under the following category: 'Purchase Issue' > 'Missing Purchase', but be sure to detail that this is in relation to the compensation for the server issues. Linking this thread would likely be a good thing to do as well. ~@mayii -

While the support response times are not to the standards we would like them to be. The team is working hard to get them there, they have improved quite substantially since then. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks, but tickets might be handled at different priorities depending on the subject. You can keep track of the customer support response times on ~@mayii

Be sure to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team so that they can fully resolve this premium issue. The tradelock you mention can be a temporary one, most often this happens when a new combination of account and device is detected by our systems. A message should appear in your ingame chat when joining the social district making you aware of the remaining time. Should this not be the case then I advise you to contact the Customer Support team to get more information as to why this might be happening. ~@mayii -
I have moved this thread to the PC Bugs and Tech Issues section of our forums, While a screenshot would have been helpful in easily diagnosing the issue, we can try to proceed without it for now. If this is the issue I believe it to be, namely the launcher showing a red ERROR button instead of the normal START on then a pc restart should resolve this issue. ~@mayii

The team has been alerted of both the missing instances and the issues mentioned to be happening on Armas, at this moment in time I'm not able to share further details on that. ~@mayii -
