imagine that if you come across a cheater, instead of suffering in the match for 20+ mins you can just leave... i think that there would be a bit less toxicity and upset players.

right. i mean if they would just cut down the premade team to DUO/2 man only at this point in time it would help a bit more in my opinion... and there is enough people playing for that.

they should atleast revert all the guns and cars back to normal...

the game actually got worse with LO.... all of the balance changes weren't needed and just made the game less enjoyable. nerfed guns, cars, consumable changes... none of these were needed and made the game worse. bad legendaries... game wouldve been fine with JUST the quality of life changes they made... joker store, joker ticket mission reward, mission changes, trade system.... instead of RIOT mode they couldve did something about match making, but they made that worse also.... all the bronze, green, silvers (real ones) would be in their little safe place fu cking off and the match making was decent. Now they are in the same server as everyone else and it just makes everything worse. Don't find vsing them or playing with them enjoyable. and they definitely dont like vsing good players and getting obliterated every mission also.

i feel like engine update isnt real... the real goal was to create a battle royal and it sucked so they just put the game into maintenance mode. if it dies it dies. at this point it would be easier to just remake APB on UE 5... wish someone would just make a shitty APB on UE 5 and maybe grow it into a real game, similar to how Rust blew up.

thats another thread and has nothing to do with this the reason playerbase has dropped dramatically is cause of match making. everyday its premades litterally farming solo players... on top of anticheat not doing what its supposed to do (but its apb we are used to that already) other games dont allow 4-5 stacks, why does this game not address the root of the problem? 4 man team ruins the match making, period. cut it down to 2 man group or give an option to never face groups as a solo player.

dont know why people come up with this type of suggestion when this is a totally different game than apb... why not just make your own game.

it would match everyone whos close in threat. the problem is that atm you see premade of golds and if another premade is already on a mission it will just find random solo players (regardless of threat level) and match them vs the premade then as a bandaid for imbalance it gives the solo players a backup option (which again doesnt help). as for NA not having players... they should just shut it down or merge with EU in my opinion.

the problem I see with matchmaking is that there are solo players and then grouped players. if one faction has no gold solo players and the other faction has all premade groups... it will attempt to pool together some silver and bronze players to match the premade team's threat combined threat level. if it cannot match it it will match them anyways then give them the option for backup... which doesn't help at all anyways as it can just create further imbalance. how about you make 1 server for financial & waterfront for grouped players and another for non-grouped players? this way it will have an easier time matching since everyone will be in proper size groups (2,3,4 man) no random players with mis-matched threat vs premades. solo player server will match players alot better also since it will be 40 solo players on each side instead of 4-5 solo players and the rest grouped that aren't using the alliance feature or never call backup anyways.

since they sold APB ip they should just remove factions... then it would be 80 players being matched instead of 40. also, get rid of 4 man groups... make it max 2 players. also, get rid of "alliance" setting as its contributing to the matchmaking being trash. also, if you don't want to remove 4 man group... make a group district and a solo district instead. make 1 district only enterable by grouped players and the other only for solo players. (this is probably the easiest band-aid solution for the meantime)

also BE is stopping Auto Hot Key so thats good. I'm using a program called 'Peace' which is an equalizer i use for my headphones and i was being kicked off APB once i closed this program i was able to play like normal. I believe this program is made or has something in it that uses AHK so now i just turn it off when playing apb. I just hope that they dont ban players for having programs like that... im pretty happy that it just kicked me to login screen instead of flagging me for "3rd party software" like what happened to me with EAC.

ive been banned for using logitech scripting software to make a firerate macro.... if you wanna play this game without being banned dont create macros with keyboard/mouse software and obviously dont install real hacks for cheating. and also dont say racist things in chat... and you should be 100% ban free.

i use the normal obir cause i like the "sniper" level zoom... i have an ffa also for when i dont wanna fight past 60m there are other "rare" legendaries that are out there like the jersey devil pistol with no mod on it.... and the white icon ffa 3 slot. id like for them to put the refer a friend rewards on joker store... they need money right?

i see less cheaters now and i havent seen the known triggerbotters going positive anymore... even a couple cheaters that were full blatant with eac have been playing like bots now. but i do notice alot of closets in this thread complaining about BE not being better than EAC... i wonder why.

need to wait for engine upgrade then they can do shadow banning of known cheaters... put the cheaters vs the cheaters and everyone with normal threat wont get matched vs them because the threat isnt high enough.

1 vs 1 used to be balanced... but they removed 1 vs 1 missions and the ability to get 1 vs 1 when solo queuing. Now you get "thrown" into 1 vs 1 scenario when a player /abandonmissions. its not a 1 vs 1 mission... its a 2+ vs 2+ mission only it threw you in to it while being solo. to me this is a bug or shouldnt be working as intended. back in closed and open beta there was proper 1 vs 1 missions which would be balanced for 1 vs 1 such as less objectives and stages with the proper time for them.... and also a balanced 1 vs 1 final stage like 1 control point with limited lives... i believe each side had 5 lives and would fight over 1 control point. this final stage has been removed and not used since beta. i myself would love to see 1 vs 1 missions become a thing again as I dont like big missions and the best missions i can remember having was 1 vs 1's vs equally skilled players.

i see the same people cheating with EAC are just cheating with BE but actually full blatant now not even caring.

do we play the same game? anything that isnt an i9 is a low end pc in APB's reality... you can have i7-6700 (which runs other triple A games FINE with over 250 fps) and not even get over 100 fps on APB. i have had a 144hz monitor since 2012 myself... my pc's have never been low end.... but for APB it kinda is. Now upgraded to i9-9900k and im actually able to play APB with capped/locked 144 fps now... something that i wasnt able to prior with previous different i5's and i7's i had.

i wouldnt mind 1 vs 1 but i rather have actual 1 vs 1 missions like in beta. the 1 vs 1 mission now is just 2-3 player sized missions so its harder for 1 vs 1... sometimes you have to do 4 ojectives with 5-6 mins in a 1 vs 1... its litterally impossible.

yeah im using osmaw in high skill level... everyone now complaining about osmaw or trying to use it now. people complain about car gaming... i use it for anti car game with my own car... lol.

they should put this on armas, they need money right?
