The RTW version had sooo many flaws and it would break the game a lot more than it would help it. Unless you're a low level that lacks equipment, there isn't any issue chasing them down and killing them. 4x4 vegas could use some additional speed decrease though as it doesn't give a damn if there's a mission item or VIP in it.

You're right with the Strife being the only 2 shot shotgun left in existence, but they planned to increase the fire rate on pump shotguns to keep the same ttk but with 3 shots instead of 2. Which sounds kinda stupid because pumping shotguns that fast is almost impossbile, especially if you plan on actually shooting a target.

It was already very, very situational when G1 changed it to have a faster fire rate. LO destroyed it even further, and now you want another nerf?

That's a common thing with older games, where the population is solely people that have been playing for years, and a few new players that uninstall very soon. The only few new players that stick around are those who get carried by "pub stompers".

Exactly. It kinda hurts to see them doing certain things "wrong". Absolutely can't blame them though as they didn't go through a decade of APB like most of us.

Marketing, boosting twitch views with giveaways and other stuff. Which is a great move and basically the best way to promote a game besides ads on twitch and youtube, I like what LO is doing. Though I'm not too sure if promoting a known cheater that's been banned a couple times is really a smart move.
