IF i recall correctly, last time they did option 2 or 3, they almost killed the game, the dethreaters instead of playing in gold district, just left, and we dont have a healthy enough population to just afford losing them. i do recall that they did option 2 at some point. so option 0: rework the matchmaking / threat system. bonus point: they do have to rework the threat system at least. there are lots of low golds saying "im no gold" - thats because the skill gap between a low gold and a high gold is the same skillgap between a 1st day bronze and that low gold, with a NHVR and a yukon. so, they are "too good to be a silver, too bad for be a gold" thus they end up joining silver districts / dethreating (not all low golds). i would like to call an APB historian to corroborate tho-

if you're talking about IP banning someone because, for example, he cheated, he might have dinamic IP, wich means he just needs to turn off the router and turn it on again and bam! new IP if you're talking about blocking brazilian IPs, normally you dont check all the time from where the IP is, so you locate the exact moment they check, and use a VPN to bypass the check are brazilians a race? did you mean "can LO give the canadians their own server"? but yeah, you need to learn how to filter the usefull stuff from the "sorry", it gets tricky but you'll get the hang of it really? its a shame all countries in north america(NA) only speaks english. it would be interesting if there was a country that... i dont know... speaks spanish, for example or, idk if a whole country, may be a province that speaks... heck, i dont know...french, for example why is it "racistic"?! considering you can store a full sized light machinegun, a machinepistol with silencer, 1 to 3 grenades, handcuffs, paint sprayers, a battering ram, a car opening... stick, a box full of ammo and weapons, and your own choise between explosive charges, another ammo and weapon box, a boom box, another weapon in a gift box, or medical sprays in your briefs, i'd say there is plenty of space down there.

i remember that, in SA:MP (san andreas multiplayer) if you needed to stop a car, you could just drive in front of him. in your computer, you would be just driving in front of him. on his computer, thanks to the latency, your car would be hitting his at full force with no recoil. that "no recoil" part would multiply the force of the impact by-a-lot. imagine a truck, going at a sport car's maximun speed, hitting a car on the side, thats the force we're talking about. doing something like that, i once made a player fly over those palm trees(ok... not THOSE palm tress, but palm trees like that, a little more north from those). idk how thats handled in GTAV tho-

unless you want to practice aiming, do mission districts over fightclub, you see, there is a lot more than just aiming + shooting in these games, you need to know how to position yourself, be aware of your surroundings, you need the map knowledge my recommendation? every time you die, ask yourself why, what did go wrong, what else you could have done, did you shoot without cover? did you rushed in alone vs 3 enemies?

im going to talk from ignorance here, as im not very savvy in networking. at some point (when jericho came to life), they gave us jericho's IP to check the ping if there really is a problem on your end, may be you can do a tracert to check it? (for those who dont know, tracert will show you the "road" your packages take from your computer to apb servers, and how much time it takes them to reach every router, or "hop")

dont forget about fixing the whole matchmaking thing. it doesnt really matters if we have no cheaters, if the day 1 bronzies and silvers gets put against people with 5K hours in the game. they will feel like they are cheaters, and they will leave the game.

you're answering to the OP the OP was not the one suggesting the crouch endurance timer OP was the one suggesting to bloom akin to peeking a corner when standing up (wich, for the record, i like the idea). ------------------------------------------------------------------o--------------------------------------------------------------------- now, for everyone: i think OP wants to solve this thing: a NHVR aiming sight, standing up, shooting and crouching back again in less than half a second, taking away 85HP without allowing you to retaliate at all. i like OP's idea, i dont really think it would affect that much any other gun (assault rifles and semi-auto rifles will feel sightly diferent, but those are all about bloom recovery anyways. SMGs,shotguns and carabines operates always at full movement bloom unless there is someone out there aiming down sights and semi-autoing a OCA... probably a bronze. i guess the only 2 weapons that would really be nerf'd by the change are the NHVR and (comically) the alig.

idk why you want a higher ttk, but as stated beafore, it is controversial(and im in the other side of the spectrum - mantain or lower). higher ttk means its a lot harder to fight multiple enemies as one man. those multiple enemies already have a big advantage in numbers, they dont also need a tank (for more on the subject: check the division... cof... cof... ). another controversial thing: only allowed to do ammo/weapon stuff at proper locations(this one... im not sure where im at). sure, getting ammo from a car spawner doesnt make much sense (a car spawner doesnt make much sense eather) but its one of those "quality of life" thing, you know?. in 2.5K hours of APB, i dont really think i ever thought "oh man, if they werent getting ammo from the car spawners we would have totally won that mission!" but that might happend. once again, not sure if its really necesary, but controversial might be. let me add to your list fix spawn points (players spawning behind other players that just spawned) (controversial) fix spawn points for snipers (sniper players having the enemy in sight and in range literally as soon as they spawn) fix door frames (nades can go through doors) i also have some personal suggestions but i dont think people will like them / they tend to be kind of unpopular: give us another way to open doors, so we dont need to choose between sacrificing ourselves to the enemy fire or exploit the game... i mean "doing a really skill-based move" eliminate missions with something to do with cars (really, it gets ridiculus when the mission beacomes a soccer game of pioneers and spacios using the objective car as the ball, or when the whole mission is "did the attackers got to the objective first? no? use an AV/vulcano to blow up the objective and race to the next location"). allow players to hurt players inside cars (give us a chance to not die to the guy with kevlar 3, OCA, and a rushing vegas, when the objective is in the middle of the street) /sudo getList -x -L ???
