It probably has the worst support staff compared to other games out there. The waiting time is usually around 1-3 months.
-
I feel like they introduced more. Do you even play the game? But don't get me wrong I am glad they took over they are better than G1, I just don't want them to turn into another G1 and there is a lot of stuff they have to work on or else they will be there in no time.
-
Honestly LO feels like G1 in the beginning. Bringing a lot of hope and promises, sure they have done some good stuff like the trading system but they have introduced a lot of bugs and really bad balance updates that have driven players away. Worst thing is the fact they are giving us random eta dates and not releasing anything on dates they promise. The fact they also unbanned all the previously banned cheaters is not screaming for anyone to come back to the game. There is also the fact that some staff members from LO are promoting their friends to positions within the company. It will definitely turn into old G1 where there was corrupt gm's and a lot of staff favours for certain players. I think this company needs to restructure the people that work for them starting with Lixil, I want to have a proper community manager that is communicating with us rather than someone that's barely here and spends more time on a community discord where maybe only 10% or less of the player base is active.

Nekrova Migration to Citadel (G1C Compensation plan)

Better than nothing and pretty sure it's the best you can do with no purchase records. Better than letting the server rot away with no population. -
Delaying the RIOT launch till next week

Hope you guys sort out the issues next week, pretty unfortunate. -
I really hope it works, Hopefully won't be a disappointment like battleye.
-
I think you have it spot on. This is the biggest issue we had with g1 and it's being repeated again. No one in their right mind would believe anything this company says until they can keep up with their deadlines or have a proper support system in place for the active population which is less than 1k. How can a game struggle with tickets when the population is so low, imagine if this game had a decent population the support would be non existant.
-
They haven't really done much at all. There is a lot of work being done in the background but the community hasn't seen much progress of it. What they have done: Trade System ( Only positive thing I can think off until I see a engine update) Riot Mode ( A mode no one asked for ) Really bad balance update ( A lot of players left because of this ) they went ahead with the update going against the feedback received from the test servers. Unbanned a lot of cheaters who continue to cheat. ( After Battleye, I kinda understand the unbanning process in regards to fairfight.) Support system is even worse than when G1 owned the game takes them 3-5 months to answer tickets when 98% of gaming companies answer support tickets within 48 hours. ( another reason for decline in population) Hired a community a manager who doesn't really contribute much to the community we get more community related updates from Matt Scott. Favourtism of several community members feels like this would eventually lead to the old situation we had with G1. So I can definitely see why there is a huge decline in population. I just hope they implement the engine update properly without messing up.

Probably no chance. The game is dying. The most active server has an active pop of 600-700 during peak. You are better off finding a different game or keep playing on EU.

APB now feels like its run by a couple randoms
Nev replied to Garemie's topic in General Discussion Archive
They don't know how to set their priorities. Maybe they need to rethink about the staff they have hired. Since they have taken over they have made a lot of poor decisions from balancing to favoritism of certain groups of individuals and created a mode nobody asked for, Not to mention unbanning cheaters banned after battle eye. You mean several hours? What company takes 3 days to fix a major server issues where half of the active population can't login. -
If that's the case wouldn't it be more beneficial for you to have that amount refunded in g1c? If they let everyone have their weapons the people that abused the system will get them as well which doesn't sound like a good solution to me.

Probably on vacation as always.
-
It's a weekly occurrence but even then there should be some sort of notification. But we don't really have a community manager.
-
If the Innova players get their weapons and stuff it's going to be unfair for the EU players who spent much more money for the same weapon etc. It's a shame Innova ran things so different from EU. If the prices among other things where the same we wouldn't be in this situation. I think the only compromise is giving them an equal g1c amount for the amount they have spent in rubbles on the Russian servers and be done with it then they can rebuy atleast some of the weapons they lost.
-
Seems like a fair comprise. I am sure other players might complain if they were able to keep all their items which they bought cheaper than other players on European servers.
-
Feel like it's bad timing to push this mode out now instead of focusing on releasing the engine update which the community needs more. One of the main reason people don't play this game is due to cheaters and bad performance.
-
The weapons are even named after the people who won the contests. Why would you deserve this ? It wasn't even created for you.
-
If nothing goes to plan and you are not able to get the purchase records. Make it an option for them to be able to transfer to Citadel. The people who want to stay in a dead server with all their weapons and no op can stay there while the people who want to move can make the sacrifices to be able to play in a populated server. Or worst case don't do a transfer at all, and maybe in the future the servers would get populated with the engine update.
-
The thing is NA is irrelevant at this point. It pretty much has the same active population as Innova at the moment which is probably the reason there is no cheaters there. The population on EU has started to dip already and it doesn't help that there has been a increase in cheaters lately. I am not even talking about closet cheaters but full on blatant cheaters who are streaming and advertising their cheats. The way LO is dealing with cheaters is not helping the population at all. I understand that they are focusing on the engine update and if Battleeye doesn't work properly with the current engine it would be nice to have more active GM's who have the power to ban blatant cheaters to help the situation to not let the population get worse than it is already.

There is a reason a lot of players are not playing actively anymore. The game is fine btw

Why aren't russians region locked to Nekrova?
Nev replied to ok's topic in General Discussion Archive
Nekrova is dead. Most Russian players are already on Citadel. I personally think we shouldn't ban them due to the fact that they are the main reason why Citadel is somewhat of an active server atm. There is a lot of Russian players who are cheating but that's probably due to the fact that it's mostly populated by them so there is bound to be more Russian cheaters than from other regions. The game providers just need to focus fixing the anti cheat so that it auto bans the blatant cheaters and have process for banning closet cheaters. -
Not sure about NA but EU has quiet a few. I don't usually call out of cheaters but these guys are full blatant and don't give a single fuck.
-
Any company that doesn't deal with cheaters will have a decline in population. Lets just hope Battleye starts working if not good luck with the game.
-
Even if that was the case they could write something to let us know.

What's the point in a community manager or the forums if there is no information in regards to how long the game will be down for etc. This is not the first time either. I get this is a new company etc but it would be nice if we could have competent staff who are able to communicate with the community. The current community manager doesn't seem to be doing much from what I have observed.
