  1. I think it was finally taken down. It was supposed to be taken down 3 months after new one came out so I'm suprised it survived that long.
  2. I'm still harrased over my FairFight ban despite never cheating and both FF and FFBans being long dead. Lovely solution for APB mob mentality. Also again, this glorify this who cheats and get banned often. We saw it with Flaws, we saw it with Adolfia, we saw it with Film. People litteraly circlejerked around this people. Enough.
  3. What predatory monetization? They promised to get rid of JMBs if that's your problem. Enlightened me of other "predatory monetization" issues. And no. Your post just keep rising my brow and further questions. Also we run in circles - Q:"What you see wrong with monetization?" A: "Little Orbit should avoid predatory monetization, if that wasn't obvious enough" - while I litteraly debunked that current monetization plans ain't predatory. Not even that. If you really want them and don't want to pay irl money at all there is possibility to buy it from other place on marketplace in-game. Name games which do that. Dunno maybe TF2? The same era of gaming. Yeah and whole narrative is about EA. Why? Because they fucking games are ENTIRELY based on lootboxes. You can't really progress without lootboxes. Not only he has right, he need to make money. No matter how you look at it it's business. Nobody creates company, pays for production and maintaince to do it like charity work. Every game got some kind of monetization scheme, you moron. Also monetization of "old days", you mean like RTW subscription? No thanks. Better question is what the fuck happened with this society. Better question is what the fuck happened with parental control. Mother buys GTA cause kid wants it, then moans all over social media how games are evil and her little Timmy murders people in +18 game. This is fun which was meant for fucking adults. PEGA is for fucking you and you decide to ignore it, parents. But no, better leave kiddo with game he wants because he can stop annoying you while you search on Facebook for dead memes and think you are superb mother. I blame my own generation. Exactly my point. You don't really need them to progress and leveling it to EA level of abuse is beyond comprehensible to me. Really? Use incognito mode and go to this page: https://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/113400/ and tell me what you exactly see. "Last you checked". Phi. Oh and also. Yes. Censorship, golden pill of today far left part of society. And APB is very poor example of how hostile monetization work. If you really got addicted to spending money on JMBs, then that's really on you. Because you must be total moron. You benefit nothing from them and you can buy their rewards for in-game money. And it's not even that hard to collect 10 millions APB$ if you play regularly. First-hand experince. Something he can't understand. Dude, game was coming out in F2P model and nobody or nothing forced us to pay for loot boxes. Compare it to subscription based model of RTW. What people should've protested against? Against way better model for us, customers? Was APB in control group? Yeah well. You failed to say it was about EA again, don't you? Then why attack current model of JMBs all of sudden and F2P when it's as far from predatory monetization I ever seen in any F2P game I played? This make very little sense from you. You contradict yourself in so many answers. Honestly, he defended his point so eagerly I don't think he just made mistake. He really believes JMBs are predatory monetization. Then little Johnny gonna cry about it too. But it will be too late. And everyone gonna be super pissed at little Johnny. Taking some accounts of players from years, they were significant in my opinion. But still, were they forced by nature of game? Absolutely not. It's like banning cards cause they can be use for gambling. People will still gamble, without cards. And sorry for such big reply. I was busy with life and a lot of answers were needing my answer in my opinion so here they are consolidated. Find your pick.
  4. No but he shows example. What is difference between newbie and noob? HAVANA IS LATTER.
  5. No but look at tested hardware. It's all something I right now as student in big debt and working full-time on it can't really afford. If I would make savings I would probably eat them away in next pack of noodles (yes, that's how bad it is for me recently). It also expensive for me additionally since wage you can expect in Poland as someone like me is either near-but-above minimal wage but working your patootie off or minimal wage and still working your patootie off. And our minimal wage is pretty low for any western standard. Actually even for polish standard too... I lose 100% of money in cost of livings and I'm left without savings. So yeah, I don't have other choice than to work on scraps, i7 and 4 GB GPUs is top tier I can afford through being cunning and looking for opportunites (and having some super small savings, sacrificing something always) but that's it. Nobody gonna part with Ryzen like that. At least yet.
  6. I would test low hardware from 2010. Basis should be sample from minimal or/and recommend minimal requirements built PCs from 2010. Test how it works, try to go from there to "playable" rate (by uping hardware little by little) so we get idea what next minimal requirements are Matt. Going straight from high floor doesn't help if game gonna run like shit. You might drive away very big portion of population if EU 3.5 drops and it might be awfully unstable for many players with anything but Ryzen CPUs and MSI GPUs.
  7. Honestly not fan of Jimquisiton, especially taking his hostile politcal views (and I wouldn't bring this up but well... this views heavily affect correct judgement of his on many cases of gaming), point is though valid for this issue - it's hard to be wrong with it, this practice is anti-capitalistic in my honest opinion (as it manipulate demand and supply of everyone involved, being similiar economy to that of which are drug dealers and drug users). Lootboxes are (contrary to what you believe or lie about, EA) gambling and as we well know gambling can be addiction if certain person is vulnerable. What is more scary is that, the more poor you are, the more vulnerable you are to hazards of gamblings. Idea of big gain with minimal effort is what is driving this addiction. To some it's thrill of winning but most of time it's big gain sight. Rich won't get addicted to EA-like predatory tactics. They just shrug it off, charge they account with 1k$, get bored of mediocre game and leave - very likely treating all games like that... good or bad. Poor players on other way, get hooked up into game cause they paid for it so they can't just abandon it (entry level trap), then they will be either handicapped or make efforts of player not worth "the price" but doing it after hooking up player to game - mostly done by entry level "free starter packs stuff" etc. etc. (mid game trap), then they will charge for boxes with 0,5% or less or make it so the boxes drop chance will be extremely low but keys will be expensive and to top it off, still leaving 0,5% or less chance on this boxes to drop anything good (finale game trap). Problem is what you consider "monetization". The only thing which is anything resembling gambling would be JMBs, everything else is "You get what you buy stuff" and this game can't fund itself from thin air. So let's me ask you. What you see that is wrong with plans of monetization in this game? JMBs are planned to go away after all.
  8. I agree. Sadly anything lower would lead to reroll abuse.
  9. I think many games don't allow to change gender of character after it's creation... mainly due to issues with clothing, scripts to bypass that cost a lot of space from what I heard. The only other notable game which got the same system out of my head would be Test Drive Unlimited.
  10. Lmao. Who pissed you off that badly? Also you didn't discover Americas about eherm "gold" population. Still it's huge overgeneralization what you just did.
  11. OCA and sniper combos were (and still are) hard to beat combo because of OP nature of SMGs and sniper rifles. All they need to do is to have you in sight at the same time and they are pretty much guaranteed to kill you. Pretty sure they wouldn't be that unbeatable to me. If someone abuses certain combo of weapons, I start to abuse game in ways you couldn't imagine (we not talking bugs that is but hidden spots, car abuse, "taking long routes", entrapments and ambushes).
  12. Lmao, what's up with USA and your banks? Even Poland got more modern banking system.
  13. What ruined this game? Bad combo of players and bad developers which made bad decisions. It's very hard to ruin original concepts. But if you just keep fucking up, well - this is result. I prefered to write in your own post each point.
  14. Ugh... finally done with 10 wins achievement which was last on my list. I guess I share my general idea how to play this damn thing as a lot of people (even veteran) go into it without clue how it works: 1. Try to find any primary weapon (just in case if you get jumped) OR buy primary weapon for 2000$ (you will get it with each respawn so it's good investition) OR better secondary for 1000$ (I always didn't bought secondary cause FBW was more than enough in most cases) 2. Gather cash. (500$ for all teammates per cash stack) 3. Eventually RIOT codes should show up 4. Get one of them and start to arm RIOT devices. (1000$ for all teammates per RIOT device) 5. Get out of zone and approach other non-contaminated (you got minute before gas is deployed so it's not bad idea to grab cash surrounding you or check out if there is better weapon around - also you might find yourself being forced to traverse gas - if that's case... don't forget to grab some hazmat suit) 6. Look for district which don't have RIOT device - that's finale zone, where finale stage will be. There two strategies if you find finale zone either: - You camp at the finale zone and pick off other teams approaching it (hard to do without position which gives you advantage, pay-offs when only couple of teams remain) - You go to other non-contaminated districts and arm remaining RIOT devices for cash boost, hopefully opposition will wipe itself out (easier to do overall, might lead to problems in finale stage if other team camped at position with advantage) 7. Wait up until Redhill VAN appears. 8. Bribe the driver the most out of all teams AND survive to win. There are some advices which might lead you to win this stage: - Being first at van doesn't mean that you are most likely to win. It might be completly opposite. You might find yourself spending all possible money on bribe as enemy team wipes you out. Even in finale, use money you got at disposal smart. Going for last minutes full-team attack might be good strategy to win, especially since most of teams gonna be either severely weakened or destroyed. - You not only lose cash for respawn, you also lose half of your held money if you die. Be wary of that, you might provide cash for opposite teams to bribe driver. - If you sure you gonna win but you are last of your team and have no cash for next respawn left, try to wait it out in hidden place. Be wary, enemies might get idea of your tactic to win. - Sometimes it's not bad idea to go into contaminated zone to get to some well entrenched location. Be sure trip is short enough to not hurt you or have hazmat suits at you for that as you get damaged after 15 seconds which aids your enemies. - 3 minutes before end, all items despawn from map. This is when primary weapon unlock pays off the most. If you don't have such or you can't afford one, make sure whatever happens with you that your weapon stays with you. You don't want enemy to gain upper hand over you just before end. - While OPGL and OSMAWs are trash in pre-finale stage, they are very useful in finale. It's not bad idea to grab one if you know that finale zone will be in hard to reach place. Good luck. And thanks to all teams who I took and they took me under wings. It was pleasure to play with all of you. Despite how this mode was broken.
  15. There's so little of you that even cheaters don't find cheating there entertaining.
  16. This will make this problem thousand times worse. You don't need to look far. Autumn Assault. Making it seasional punishes everyone who go solo.
  17. Prove that this team do that. It effectively reduces itself to your words against their.
  18. Hahaha. So you really chucked grouping problem under carpet. Yeah. This not gonna bring bigger population. Also ??? Why?
  19. What do you mean by "doubtful"? Oh god, don't tell me old Nekrova administration cheats. Also if I see again R295 because they were admin staff on old Nekrova i'm gonna be pissed.
  20. And if some of you are asking. "Why you keep being on repeat about it?". Because it's simple solution for simple idiocy. And would already make RIOT 10 times better. Problematic is that LO for some reason don't respond to that nor implement that. One should wonder... why?
