It's not a bug. It has been like that ever since the scout was in the game. It is just CA3 regening health. You have to be quick on the second shot. Like, ultra quick. Like instantly back to back as fast as the gun allows you to quick. You're just too slow on the second shot.

1. If the player has CA3 and you are not fast enough between the first and second shot they will regen enough to take a third shot.

Weekly threat reminder: You colour of threat is not your actual rating. Your hidden ELO is what everything actually goes off. Adding another threat colour above gold does not actually do or change anything. If you want colour changes, adjusting where the colours lie on the ELO bell curve is how you do it just like it has been done twice before.

To be honest, you shouldn't be spending money on what is the best. if you're only going to spend a bit you should buy what is the most fun to you and fits well with your play style so that you get the most out of it. Just go buy some premium and trial all the weapons.
