Pretty much , it's a great weapon , but it being able to shred both people and vehicles at range and with a fast firerate while still having mobility seems a bit much . lowering its hard damage is all it needs , nothing else . -
here's where your problem might be , HDMI doesn't support framerates higher than 60 FPS (depending on the HDMI revision you have) , and there is a chance you've been playing at 60 FPS on your 144hz monitor for your whole life , you see only displayport supports higher framerates natively . Almost every game is coded in a way that it can go higher than your system's / screen framrate limit , but apb isn't made this way , it goes to the limit that your screen supports ,and if you're locked at 101 fps that means apb thinks you have a 60HZ screen . Try plugging your screen using a DisplayPort cable as that natively supports high framerates (also if that is the problem you will really see a huge difference on other games too) Oh yeah ,another question , can we get the reference of the screen you're using + it's resolution ?

Description: When going to the Abington towers district then at the X: 385 Y:442 Corrdinates , you can do a bug to get to an inacessible area , and possibly get a capture item there. Steps to reproduce: - 1: Join Abington Towers - 2: Go to X: 385 Y:442 on the top - 3: Get to the spot shown on the video - 4: Break the planks , and then keep jumping until they respawn under your feet - 5: Jump on top of the building. How many times have you recreated this bug: 6/6 Results: You get to an area that's hardly accessible to people and gain an unfair advantage during item hold missions. Expected results: You shouldn't be able to get to this place during a mission / at all .

Description: If a player goes to the coordinates X: 295 Y:404 in social district, he can get stuck to the point where he has no choice other than using the /unstick command. Here is a video of it : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Go to social district - 2: Get to the X: 295 Y:404 coordinates - 3: Jump down behind the speaker. How many times have you recreated this bug: 20/20 Results: You get struck behind the speaker due to an invisible wall preventing you to do so. Expected results: You should be able to move out of the back of the speaker.

Description: If you use a symbol on any editor and spin it a lot , it will become bigger and bigger , this is especially noticable for designers that do a lot of trial and error designing . here is a video of it : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Get into any editor (car customisation in my case) - 2: Put a symbol on your car and spin it a lot . - 3: Notice how the symbol becomes bigger and bigger the more you spin it. How many times have you recreated this bug: 3/3 Results: The symbols becomes bigger and bigger the more you spin it. Expected results: The symbol should always stay the same size , doesn't matter how much you spin it .

Client version: 1.19.7.799536 Summary: Hair changes do not save if you use headwear Description: If your APB Character is wearing headwear that completely covers the head such as snowball head or egg head , any hair shape modification won't be saved and the menu to change your hair won't appear . Steps to reproduce: - 1: Get a full head covering mask (Snowball head in my case) - 2: Try to change your hair shape . - 3: Save and see how your hair shape didn't change. How many times have you recreated this bug: 3/3 Results: Your hair shape doesn't get saved . Expected results: Your hair should be saved , doesn't matter if you have headwear or not .

Steps to reproduce: - 1: Find any of the yellow dumps - 2: Get a friend or an enemy to join you in it - 3: Run around in it until something happends How many times have you recreated this bug: 4/4 Results: One of the players dies . Expected results: Both players should stay alive .

Client version: 1.19.7.799536 Summary: Cars getting "pinched" or "squished" on decors will result in instant explosion . Description: When you drive a car and it gets stuck between two objects and then "piched" on "squshed" the car will explode without the player having time to react . Those bugs have been there for years , but they're only in the old forums , so im posting it again here : Here is the known enemy to Vegases , the mighty phonebooths ! And here is another one in Baylan , that happends with most large vehicles , and somtimes also happends when you touchthe side of the grey wall with low cars such as mikro , growl , bishada or vegas . Steps to reproduce: - 1: Take one of the cars prone to this bug . - 2: Reproduce the bugs shown in any of the videos above / get you car stuck between two objects . How many times have you recreated this bug: 5/5 Results: Your car instantly explodes without any indicator of heavy damage . Expected results: The car gets heavy damage but doesn't instantly explode giving time for the player to react / just do nothing .

Description: When you are using a long goatee beard on your character, it will tend to clip trough the mask , especially if your character is skinny : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Go to your character editor and add a long goatee , and make it small and skinny - 2: Try many different masks . How many times have you recreated this bug: 6/6 Results: Your beard clips trought most masks and looks akward and broken. Expected results: Your beiard should dissapear completely when using masks / be rendered correctly trough them.

Steps to reproduce: - 1:Go to joker store - 2:Check the mannequin behind Orphelia How many times have you recreated this bug: 2/2 Results: The mannequin seems to be holding a gun that doesn't exist in her right hand. Expected results: A corrct hand pose / a gun in the hand ? 3 Summary: Broken texture in the joker Mikro . Description: When going into the joker store , and looking at your right , you can see the Charge mikro 'newbie' if you look closely inside of it , you will notice a broken backseat texture : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Go into the joker store - 2: Take a look at the Displayed Charge mikro. How many times have you recreated this bug: 2/2 Results: There is a broken texture in the back of the car. Expected results: The texture on the back of the car should be smooth and normal looking . 4 Summary: Glitched slider blocking the text view . Description: When viewing speedball's offerings and checking ANY of the cars he sells there will be a broken slider to the side hiding the text : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Go to the joker store - 2: Check speedball's offers. - 3: Click on any car and take a look at the description . How many times have you recreated this bug: 1/1 Results: A broken slider on the side preventing to clearly see the text . Expected results: No slider blocking the view / A working and properly displayed slider ? 5 Summary: Flying characters and textures . Description: When going to the joker store and looking close to the ground you can see that the joker tickets are floating above the ground , just like players and characters : Same here on the countertop , though barely noticable : Steps to reproduce: - 1: Go to the joker store - 2: Crouch and look close to the ground level. How many times have you recreated this bug: 2/2 Results: You can see flying joker tickets and characters models above the ground. Expected results: Character models should be against the ground , and the other textures also should .

The type of cars you seen in the districts change depending on hingame time and the district you're in . im pretty sure i've seen a civilian veo today so , it might just be that you weren't here at the right time for them -
Not gonna lie this is very very true , can i add a point here ? : If you are driving to the objective with a friend in your car and see an random enemy on the road . DO NOT TAKE THE FIGHT. This happends way too much , your ally suddently going out the car and leaving you alone in the passenger seat , only so he can try to get a greedy kill that will serve no purpose , the worst part is when he fails at doing so .

That's good and all , but you're asking people that might have been falsely banned to wait months to get their account back , im not affected by this at all , but i think this should be looked into instead of checking individual cases. As rarely as i say stuff like that, this is exactly how you lose players and their trust.

No mods can change the spread of shotguns , however RS / HS DOES affect shotguns , just not in the way you think it does . Basically when your crosshair opens with shotgun , it just means that the whole pellet cone will be offset to where you actually aim : here's an exemple : On the left that's how your gun wil shoot when the crosshair is closed , and on the right that's how it will show when the crosshair is open . So yeah , having sight mods on shotguns will be usefull only on guns like shredder , or if you want to jumpshot your shotties , and have less RNG involved .
