SO far it's pretty nice, It's great that red pumpkins are all in th sae place for everyone it makes them a good activity o search them as a group. The snub kills are a painful taskfor the skin, I only got gold opps and snubbing them down is tough. The true ogre feels a bit imbalancing the horsemman event. On the Cloth, The top is fine it is somethign we fdo not have, also the fishernet thing. The stockings both are NOT good. Sorry but those are easily doable even without premium Please if you make cloth consider that they need to be as plain as possible (people can add decals to make details and stuff) SO all we need is basic clothing and cut styles the rest is doable by ctsomization. Everytime you release some detailed cloth with presets that is just limiting the possibilitis to custmize them.

of course that why I find it funny that everyone complains about weapon balance while cars are at the worst imbalance since those changes were made. never did player car choice look so sadly even since then. No one during a mission took a detour to blow up a Moirai because it cost a lot time and was no tactical advantage justifying the time input to do so. So it was never a real problem to use one, except you may randomly drive by an opponent who then tried to conc you. But usually cars were just a spot to spot vehicle utility.

Well, you need to consider: the 4x4 is NOT available ingame without JT's Most open slotted Guns are available ingame via APB $ from NPC's So the question is a lot more about how many Apb$ do you make, and how much RL money you want to spent . If you ever consider buying guns with RL Dollar, and want to play multiple characters, you can buy them account wide so all chars profit form them. Since the 4x4 is one of the top cars ingame (test drive one from a buddy) I would go with the 4x4 because you will always drive it and will always benefit form it's performance (except you play FC 24/7) while buying a gun is something you can do vial APB$ leasing and you might need different ones for different situations anyways. Especially with the cap and cr5 you already have , you are pretty nicely set o short and mid range encounters. So go for the 4xe you get probably THE top performing car, which is defnitely an "Endgame" Item in terms of no possible other improvement.

doesn't help, armored engine does not increase HP it just makes you have less time between, ohh fu… dead. After a conc there are just a few bullets more to make it kaboom.

No, 10% is 10%, when previously not many people did activities and just played FC they randomly did some activities but the wide mass may stayed below silver reward. therefor everyone reaching silver got gold as well. Thats because silver wasn't even reached by 10% of the people playing FC. Now when more people actively try to reach gold and these people are more than 10% of those doing FC activities, the higher will the requirement go for reaching gold. Example one. 100 ppl play Baylan. 90 play just somehow not caring. 10 reach silver. those 10 will also get gold as long as the other 90 stay below the silver activities. now the new situation. 110ppl play balan with 10 more wanting to reach gold due to the JT weapons. now we have 10% being 11 people. Only 11 can reach gold. but 20 people compete now. so 11 people paly until the silver border and get gold. The others wanting gold will now have to put more effort in, and therefore theoretically even with those 20people it could be that getting gold needs 200 activities if all of them go crazy on collecting activities. In reality it might be more than 11 get that gold reward because the last place is shared by multiple people like if 10guys have 23 activities and the 11th place is filled with 3 guys having 22 activities. Thats why the current FC's show what you need to enter gold and if you want gold, you should also always try to make some buffer. otherwise it could be someone pushes you off your gold rank when you are offline before FC's reset. TLDR: the more try to reach gold, the higher will the gold entry border go. those weapon rewards are AGEs ago that as even before 2012 because I never played when those were a thing. The reis nothing for the top people anymore in Fc's except more JT's for the top 10%

I guess permanent guns for JT increased the need for JT's again. @Snup iirc only the top 10% get the gold reward. so if you want the full amount of JT's you need to be amongst the top 10%. So bronze reward =specific amount of activities done done Silver reward = specific amount of activities done Gold reward = 10% of the people having done the MOST activities get it. For an extremely long time the gold level was just at the silver level because there was no real need to get JT's anymore because everyone had a buttload of it. Now with permanent weapons a lot people want to get the max JT's again nd this is just causing the gold reward level to rise above the silver one again. (it was a pretty usual thing back in 2012 till 2014. the same for Asylum, except it is not based on Activities but the gold level is being amongst the top 10 to get the gold reward.

without blowtorch you do neither of these because someone that concs your car successfully like this will mostlikely blow it of gien you even initially use a car that survives the conc. i think the EMP will jsut be the lower skilled peoples conc who cannot aim well on driving cars, but this is nto making the EMP's good by default. oh that could be true, was then probably a bit badly worded.

yes most changes were actually good. Field supplier and mobile Supply unit died when car spawner became a thing and they changed car spawn stations to also resupply ammo and made ammo machines ffa factions, Car spawner is too viable and ammo car mod is not needed, and for the rare occasions of needing a mobile field supplier the consumable is totally sufficient. A bit sad because it really killed the viability or tactical need for these 2 mobs. Best would be to remove the deployable ammo box and remove reammunition from car spawn stations

Cmon you are here since 2014 and it's basic knowledge that this is NOT how it works. Have you never wondered when someone jumped from a really high high house with happy landing, that shooting him with the n-tec never stunned him? guess why? Because when a gun doesn't have the stun ability enabled, it does simply not stun even when 1000 stamina damage are reached. If every gun could stun we would see a buttload of more stuns by regular base, And also mixed teams between lethal and ltl would appear more often because 2 people, shooting with n-tec and a CCG would lead to a stun before kill. but this does not happen ever.

the DMR for example would in this case always be a one shot stun gun (1200stamina damage) , pretty op then xD.

this would be the most broken way ever, why would it prevent spawning a car? spawning a car gives you a new one. and i cannot wait for the trolly corner map areas to disable cars and the next spot is just free to claim because the others never arrive there in time. This idea would lead to: not more tactical choices, but a lot more potential to troll. like running good luck trying to find a civilian car to chase runners. this would be 1000'% troll potential with no real tactical addition than pissing people off. at least, if that ever would come true, make a blue mod that protects the car from EMP. This would allow one Team to keep a working car but losing the option to use it as a car spawner

this would only work when stamina damage on these guns would be changed as well, otherwise those 200% would make some weapons op and others still just not work as LTL. Just have a look at the ab vault which stamina damage guns have and look at what your changes would do. take the n-tec for example Health Damage185 Stamina Damage20 now apply your numbers, and tell me how 60 stamina damage make this a working LTL gun. So making a mod turn weapons into LTL would really need an entire change of all guns Stamina damage. it would probably need more like 10x as much stamina damage and then an adjustment of all guns to have proper stamina damage values. + the mod needs to enable the ability of a gun to stun. because dealing 1000stamina damage is not a stun unless the gun has that flag enabled

Well it would be good to be free, but better to have it stay or call it "unlock" otherwise support might get flooded with "I accidently lost/sold my item" Mails.

Cookie is still right, what would prevent 4 buddies from just making 2 vs 2 matchups in an empty district (until phasing comes this just will happen and be possible) and do afk one step missions, or just elt one side win by rushing through the objectives (depending on the mission and which would be faster). That is pretty exploitable, and if anything was teached by the APB community: if It IS exploitable it will be exploited.
