Well since it's the dub I scimmed through I guess it would be the first season.

I haven't actively played this game for 2-3 years too, there have been some days in those years were I played with some of my DoD / MGD guys for an evening to reminisce the good APB times but not to fully commit to the game. I will come back when LO pulls the engine upgrade up but it is all up to them if I keep playing this game when they do so. So give me the changes I am waiting for it.

Well then, Financial wide or waterfront wide matchmaking, the point is 1 district has the problem of having a small pool of players. You can perfect your matchmaker all you want as long as there are not enough people to choose from you either end up waiting a very long time or the matchmaker has to loosen up which isn't a big difference from now.

Unless they bring in server wide matchmaking this won't be fixed. Or do you guys wanna wait 20+ minutes to jump into a match because there was none of equal skill?

You can play modded Skyrim and you will have sliders on your sliders.

I've failed some of my exams over the last 2 years and had to wait an entire year to redo them cause the government doesn't give you a retry directly if you only go for the certificates and not for the diploma itself. Kinda puts a wrench in your plans but I still got 1 year left and if I fail then I will be too old for the military and will most likely go to the police force then. Since my father is paying for the education and the exams I had to promise I wouldn't go for a job in the meantime but I will prolly find something after this years exams since he loosen it up as long as I can still concentrate on studying for the last year.

Well I don't know if you can salvage some of your old hardware I would definitely start with buying a new motherboard, CPU and RAM if your current GPU still works I would transfer it to your new computer since that is gonna be your biggest cost and might wanna invest in. I've build my PC just a month ago and it cost me around 550 euro's and this is what I bought: - AMD Ryzen 2600x - Kingston 8GB 2,666Mhz - Be Quiet! Computer Case - Gigabyte Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming I placed my old GPU and Power Supply to my new computer. in case you do need a new GPU at least here in the Netherlands a decent one cost you around 300 and a good one 500 euro's. Shouldn't be that much of a difference in the US so I would estimate between 1000-1300 USD for everything and around 500-600 to start with (if your GPU is salvageable) and upgrade slowly.

Building your own PC might be better don't know how the prices are in your country but custom build here is way cheaper. Only thing is getting a good GPU nowadays can be quite expensive thanks to the cryptominers. What I would suggest is wait till you can spend more then 500 USD and get something decent that you can use for some years to come.
