It will yes, but has not been revealed yet what will be different from the division 1.

Warframe meets most of your criteria but its PvE. You should give it a try, once you figure out trading you'll have a great time. I'm getting close to 1k hours so I know what i'm talking about

Honestly there are no good PvP MMOTPS games out there if you ask me.

You could try Quake also. Quake Champions is free on steam, i think... Great shooter, if not the best: solid mechanics (to the point that you'll even see pro players fighting against hackers and win), very straight forward, and most of the mechanics you can figure out by yourself/are explained in the tutorials. Also, the community is not toxic (mostly because the game is 100% skill based, and if you die it's your fault).

I completed this game 100%... IN TWO YEARS AFTER THOUSAND OF TRIES ON SOME LEVELS and WATCHING OTHER STRATS (Crisis City is such bugfest that getting S there is borderline impossible unless you got some strats). Also that bestiality with Elise which is unfound in story (he really never develops bond with her... it just jumps out of blue)... eeeew, cringy.

 

If you wanna go with Sonic on Xbone 360, go with Unleashed. Way better, way less frustrating, more speed-based (don't mind werehog phase, it somehow fun but still confusing for most of Sonic fans). Sonic in Sonic 06 feels... slow.

i will rate PUBG (player’s unknown's battle Ground) as rank 1. Why PUBG ? Ignoring your criteria, go play The Witcher. I can't recommend playing the first game, but I liked the second one way better than the first one.

 

You should start out with the third one anyways.

Great game in all aspects, should have enough content to fulfill all your needs:

- sex

- boobies, tatas, bazongas, pleasure in cushion shape, proof that God exists, what both straight guys and little girls want to have, you know those... 

- killing people. Oh, monsters too. 

-a subtle approach to linearity of the storyline, combined with a completely open world, and a lot of secondary quests that will make you forget what you were doing in the first place

-constant choice making that affects the entire game

- epic soundtrack

 

Now based on your criteria:

 

The Saints Row games, these are pretty cool, although not online.

 

DayZ since its online, 3d, tps. Also a survival game, if that could be your thing.

If you like fast pewpew and want COD feels back , play ironsight , its basically COD but in f2p , modern , and not pay to win ( i personally got everything in the game in quite a few months)
