Here's another SHITTY SUGGESTION from ya boy

The way the Volcano works is annoying as fuck, and it doesn't surprise anyone with half a brain to see it's used so much during the event
Turns out the thing is also annoying as hell in Mission Districts, so let's try to kickstart some discussion.

Let me start with a trademark Suggestion(TM)

Volcano now fires both rockets at once
Reduce base damage to 300 each, max ramp up to 550 each?

The rockets are very close together at first, with them spreading out the further they travel.
Could make them spiral around each other if you want to look Cool(TM)



Traveling + spread out rockets + per rocket blast Radius increase = you cover a lot more AoE if you actually bother to snipe people with it.

With that SHITTY SUGGESTION out of the way, let's talk Volcanoes.

Seriously though, I haven't seen volcano spam in the event district so far. And it's easy as fuck to avoid, literally just go the other direction the moment you hear the rockets being fired. Osmaw and HVR are more annoying than the volcano is.

I do think the Volcano does too much hard damage, and I wouldn't mind it doing something like 800 health damage, and the two of those combined with increasing radius could be cool, but I don't like the idea of it firing both rockets at once or having spread.

 

If you want to make it shoot both rockets at once of have increased spread, that should be a new rocket launcher IMO. Make it look like am M202 FLASH but with only two barrels or something.

Just move towards the volcano user! It hardly does any damage when you are close... let alone if just one rocket hits you.

 

That weapon is fine... osmaw... mmmh.. less! Kinda OP! What I never understood is that any player can just get the golden joker ticket osmaw,... then go into fight club, get 100 kills for the role and unlock the 1 slotted version of both the rocket and grenade launcher, before leveling any contacts or having the starer ones! Like, wut?!

Anyway, a little off-topic bu still; I think the Halloween event would be way more 'intense' with explosive weapons disabled... just my opinion but hey there you go

Interesting idea - the OPGL is actually kinda decent for taking barrel stacks down, so you'd be taking that away from teams..

Picking the right car also helps a lot with getting closer to volcano spam

(much less with osmaw spam)
