So, the cap in apb live is 121, and in OTW it's finally unlocked.
will it be on apb live ?

It's not unlocked, it's still locked - this time to 145 though. And yes, it will be on live servers as well.

Probably my favorite change from what I've seen. I can't wait.

I cap my fps at 140 (144hz monitor) just to reduce input lag.

did they improve game performance? or they just uncap the frame rate?

is it possible to go 144fps consistent?

Is that noticeable? I always thought you couldn't have enough fps when it comes to input lag.

Yes, this will be included in the patch.

Just raised the cap to 145 fps to support 144 hz monitors, which have become more widespread.

It's still very questionable as to whether you'll see any further performance improvement simply by just having the FPS cap being lifted. APB is still very heavily unoptimized for multiple CPU cores so you need a CPU with very heavy clock performance on a single core pretty much like the 8700K from Intel. Unreal Engine 3.5 has direct x11 support and scales way better along multiple CPU cores and scales better mainly on NVIDIA hardware. I mean Unreal Engine in general scales better on NVIDIA hardware.

Yes and yes, which is a little sad as I feel even more performance disparities will appear if LO manages to make the transition to UE4.

With the new features of 3.5 coming I think it is a good idea to make suggestions for a few computer builds so the potato users can upgrade or build one of their own.
A practical build , a high end one , and a gamer god tier build would be a good start.

Unless you've had constant 121fps before the change goes live, most likely you'll not notice a thing.

I got a 165 Hz monitor and one 240 Hz monitor, is it possible to unlock other options as well? I don't see a reason why to cap it since you already upped it anyways.
