No, we have not reached that time, you are not in charge of Little Orbit, you have no idea how their financial plan looks, you have no idea of their current finances, and you have no idea of how much time it will take to catch these people, law enforcement is probably already involved and doing what they can, but Little Orbit as a company can do almost nothing against it besides sit it out, hope it stops, and invest in alternatives. You should really read into how long it takes law enforcement to catch people running DDoS 4 hire services, which are public services by the way, which makes it even easier for them to figure out who is doing it as a result of aliases and online activity (of which we have little to nothing of that sort here) to understand just how long it takes. I'll even be nice and provide you with an article so that you can understand the work that goes into this.

Because (getting tired of explaining it, so here goes the short version) it is close to impossible to identify exactly who initiated a dDoS attack. Almost as hard as filtering and blocking involved addresses.

Exactly my point this whole time. Its not impossible to get these hackers and law enforcement has tools that us civis cant get. Theres this and the one fortnight has going against those hackers. LO just needs to take the next step foward and contact the authorities on this ongoing issue. And let all the cheaters beware that you risk this by breaking the TOS agreement you agreed to in order to gain access to APB service.

Agreed. There comes a time where you gota go to the next step. Obv preventing the attacks isnt working so the next step must be taken.

You will have packet loss either way. You will have packet loss from lag. You will have packet loss from someone DOSing you, you will also have packet loss from someone DOsing the servers your connecting to.

Gotta agree, watching console players insult each other is insanely cringey.  On top of that, if they have any Armas weapon they'll be called P2W.  They brag about their hours played, then when someone does the same they call them a no-life.  It's hard to say this but in general the PC community seems WAY more mature than the consoles.  Even arguments in the PC Social District are more coherent than the social arguments on console.  Sure we have our fair share of stupid people on PC, but consoles blow us out of the water in that regard.
