Furthermore, I believe that any change to improve the PvP experience is preferable over preserving the "image" of the game, whether it is temporary or not. Outside of APB, APB is either unknown or known as bad. There is no real risk here. Despite all that, what even is the difference between the factions at this point when looking at a gameplay perspective? Crims shoot the FBW with one hand and can ram-raid, wow.
