Hey, i asked this before but did not see an answer.
Do we need to have access to all this stuff? Like, are you going to ninjaripper our models to put them in the joker store?

I'm just asking for those people who submitted alot of outfits, and might have lost a piece or two.

Term you're looking for is "export", not "ninjaripper".  But to answer your question, yes.  They'll be taking your outfit from Live and exporting it into a baked contact.  So you should NOT use images of stuff you no longer have.

 

All outfits submitted should be current, otherwise you'd have to remake it or make something new.  Only way that works.

About:

David has been a part of Joker industries as far as anyone can remember. Nobody is quite sure how long he's been exployed by Joker or what he actually does for them as he has not been seen doing actual work by anyone. Despite working for the company for many years he has yet to move up in the ranks. There are several rumors to why is still employed by Joker industries. Some say he is in fact a highly skilled marksman, some say he's an remote explosives expert but some say that he is friends with the owners of the company. But what is most likely it could be that he is one of the leaders of the workers union, some workers rights legislation has made it almost impossible to end his employment without significant cost to Joker. What ever the reason it does not seem like he is going anywhere any time soon and he as such has been re-assigned to the Joker Store.

 

David is known for constantly eating burgers while on company time. He even has repurposed a tactical leg pouch to keep extra burgers warm. He keeps mostly to himself and does not say much more than is needed. This can make interacting with him quite awkward as it often turns into a one sided conversation. He has a strange yet friendly welcoming aura around him that often can lead to the mistake of trying to start a conversation with David.

 

 

Im not attached to either the name or lore of the character, open to changing all that if picked.

Hired for export SAM AA missiles using his piano concert convoy, in various hostile zone.
Used to be a great playboy around San Paro, that usually gifts elegant revolver to nice girls instead of roses.

She actively hunts down her victims with a combination of advanced and retro technology. 

The victims never expect her. She might come flying out of her Vegaz 4x4 and sneak her way close to you.

Cold as the night, brutal as the sun. The Winter Devil loves combining different chemicals and gasses to knock out her opponents.

She can be found stalking her prays through dark corridors and through thick snow.

Rosa 'Blood Queen' Westpark

Rosa is known in the streets of San Paro as the queen of anarchy. She shows her enemies no fear and no mercy.

The streets will be flowing red when the 'Blood Queen' is out pacing the streets, looking for opportunities to throw the system out of balance.

Phresh from the Alps, the 'Ski Bum' have been around since the glory of the 80s.

Günther works as a ski instructor and part time Enforcer in the City of San Paro.

Short backstory:
On one fateful night in Las Vargas, following a police raid he was supposed to lead, Captain Daniel "Dim" Jangle was found in a puddle of sweat and smothered in coke side by side with the drug lord he was supposed to track down & arrest.  Disgraced and stripped of his badge (although allowed to keep his utility belt to remind himself of better days), he found himself a job as head janitor for the Joker Distribution store in San Paro. Nowadays he's holding broomsticks like rifles and pretending his sanitizer spray is a FBW when he thinks noone's watching (as the staff chuckle at how he prances live on security feed).

Selling high powered weaponry is rarely straightforward. This is especially the case when your clients range from overzealous vigilantes to criminal psychopaths. So, who does a company like Joker Corp turn to when traditional authorities are out of the question?
That’s where Jakob Marrow comes in. There’s not much to know about his background, with what scant records that survive indicating he dropped out of a high school in Border at the age of 14. Having cut his teeth selling stolen hardware to street-racers, Marrow really made a name for himself in San Paro when he signed up with Joker Corp as one of their brand-new sales representatives.
He has everything a morally scrupulous arms manufacturer could want; he’s built like a reinforced brick wall and doesn’t ask too many questions. Whenever there’s a deal to be made which would be too dangerous for their usual glamorous employees, Joker will be sure Jakob’s there to handle any customer complaints.

My character's story summerise:

 

During Praetorians's Pre-Raid events for catching BIRTH, field agent strategist goes rouge and murders 5 units of operation teams under his command also destroys his known ID data in waterfront's police station... after a while later finally changing his side to Bloodroses.
After a few events working with TipToe's unit. Yigit decides to goes rouge again disobeys tiptoe's calls and disappears dark alleys of san paro short while later ...sides with JOKER's. Because working for only one side of endless urban war makes less and less sense for him nowadays. It doesn't matter which one is which for him...So basically he sells arms both sides now and establishes his final place near side by side with other jokers and the main guy himself's.

For the Joker market, it's time to update the staff, so from the very top they sent him to sell the coolest weapons and equipment in San Paro, but the strangest thing is that his face is hidden under a mask that he never takes off, which is probably why many people want to know his name and get new cool gadgets from him.The only thing that is known connected with his personality is that he has always been a loner and counted only on himself, it is also known that even the security forces and criminals are afraid to engage in battle with him.It is strange that he does not wear the crown of San Paro, perhaps this can only mean one thing, that there is still someone much cooler than him, perhaps it is his boss, but unfortunately we can only guess

Charlotte was born in San Paro in the family of lawyer Sean Siemens, her mother was a chef in a casino "Katak".
Her childhood was wonderful, the family lived without refusing anything, because my father had many clients who were ready to pay any money so that they would not go to jail.

But when Charlotte was 10 years old, her Father was killed. It was an ordinary evening, the whole family was having dinner, when suddenly several people broke into their house,
they were all dressed in stylish costumes. They wanted his father to stop investigating the case related to customs violations. But he refused, and during the beatings he died.
Mother could not bear grief and a year later died from alcoholism. Charlotte got into an orphanage, from which she ran away a few years later. All she wanted was to take revenge on those who destroyed her family.

At the age of 14, she already began to sort out, as it turned out, the people who killed her father were from Nekrova International, which at that time was just beginning to capture the market
in San Paro. Charlotte understood that she can't just destroy the company and began to look for options.

At the age of 17, she got a job at Nekrova International as a Junior Researcher in order to find out everything from the inside, during the search she came across documents on
the new development that Nekrova International was going to release next year. "Here it is", Charlotte thought, "if these developments fall into the hands of competitors, it will greatly harm Necrova."
Soon, she sold the development, for which she received a substantial sum, and Nekrova International lost huge profits. Charlotte realized that
data theft brings a lot of money and became interested in it. Soon she disappeared and no one had heard about her for several years.

And after 4 years she returns to San Paro, and not empty-handed. She has in her stock a huge number of unique items that were either stolen from the leading world

A delivery driver for Ragner's on Silver Street.  Living in Fortune Apartments leaves little money to spare for food and savings. So when he's not busy dropping off and picking up goods for Ragner's, he's hitting up the G-Kings for some extra cash on the side. He grew up poor, watching the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. He's no stranger to getting dirty, with a track record starting when he was 14 years old. In and out of juvie, and mediocre in all things school wise at Border High, there was no way up through college, not without money. He knows his Momma would disapprove, but he wasn't about to side with the filthy rich snobs from school in the Prentiss Tigers, and the military industrial complex that Justin Teng controls. Which stomp out small business through back doors and bribing the city's legislation. The G-Kings promised change, one that allows a struggling person to get by, and he took them up on it.

Backstory: "Misty" is her name, True ogre is her game.  "Misty" was born in Arbington asylum, 

She grew up on the Waterfront in the Westside of town,Every night was restless growing up,

The constant back & forth BANG BANG BANG BANG!, Gunfire brightens the night sky.

 

Calming, Listening to the crys of Anguish like a lullaby to a child "Misty" Loved it.

 

She remembers in great detail the first time she had to pull the Trigger.

Police were clearing the apartment early one morning, When. Suddenly BOOM,Bad guy kicked her door in.

She screamed & fell to the floor, becoming useless like most women do.

 

She shut her eyes tightly as the creep creeped closer...BOOF click click, BOOF. CLEAR! Yells the Team leader

 

It was at that time, "Misty" knew shotguns were made for her. Unlike Rookies, Her First gun was a Strife.

In her early Adult life the girl was called for Ride alongs. She rode shotgun beside a shotgun.

 

One night during a ride along we came underfire while investigating B&E, Radio was being jammed,

'Well well well' i remember hearing behind me as the door shut. I looked over my shoulder, 3 vs 1.

No good i told myself & said a prayer.

 

Just as things were starting to look bad. BOOF!,      Damn girly saved my life as if to be my blessing from above.

Are we supposed to develop employees like Ophelia and Wilde aswell? So with custom Logos/Brands. Because I think it would be realy cool to get some more difference between each employee rather then having the Joker-Logo attached to each of them with the same Colors.
