Both, Jericho and Citadel. Jericho has a peak of approx. 450 players. Citadel has a peak of approx. 1200 players. But, you should select the correct server for you, where you are close to and where you can get the better latency (ms, ping). NA is still the better server though when it comes to culture, players, etc Honestly, just pick for whatever gives you better ping.
