Lol, we can't even fill a single district now? Most days I don't even want to play cause I have no contacts in Waterfront (and community harassment) and NA is a weighted coin flip on which district will be alive and the other dead... xD Also, if we're removing threat seg, just get rid of the colored districts altogether. We just don't have the pop for them... @MattScott you guys are EU, right? Do you guys care about NA's situation at all or is your focus primarily on EU because of it's population? Not a loaded question. just wondering if special circumstances are even possible for 1 region compared to another.

Friend, do you know what the term concise means? One of the first things I learned when writing APA is, "clear, concise, and concrete". Not sure if you know this or not, but if you open your character info (default key is "J" I think) and switch to the "Progression" tab's contact list and double-click a contact you can remote pledge and/or accept their DA without having to actually drive over to them? Let's you easily skip some of the more monotonous daily activities.

You're not listening; there's a difference between "influencing" the outcome of a match and "heavily influencing" it. As if these R195 mods are going to double your win rate by themselves. All I see on this forum is, "LOL" but almost never post anything constructive. You guys just snipe and dismiss everyone. Only a few people here actually commit any effort like Revo. Radar tower is good, blowtorch is niche, spotter I feel is too situational now that ammo box can't let you swap guns - I'd rather have car spawner (cause spawns are awful) than ammo box to switch weapons depending on the area of the map we're fighting in. I could be wrong, I'm not infallible. I'm not claiming that. I don't know if I'm high MMR or not, but it sure seems like it as I fight the same people every single day and they do not suck. This is my opinion based on what I see and thousands of hours of chemotherapy from playing this game. If you think I'm wrong, explain why. Don't do what Cookie does and post for a +1 post count, it's weak.

Blowtorch is only good on broken vehicle missions, couldn't be bothered the rest of the time. I only mention car det cause I hate it. I forget it exists and then it gets a freebie kill. >.> Spotter? I honestly don't see people in the higher MMR's randomly talking crap to weaker players, it's almost always provoked. If they're telling you that you're trash, did you hackusate them first? Context is super important in these situations. I just find it odd, cause you mention 'cheating' immediately after that line. Kind of getting the feeling you got defensive/frustrated and they told you to git gud in response. Veterans aren't intrinsically impressive. There's people who are OBT/CBT and are pretty average. They've been around forever, but have plateaued and completely stagnated. Most really high MMR players won't give a crap if some random R150 hackusates them. When it's really good players vs. really good players and they're losing, then you'll see some ego bruising and emotion from them though.

They really don't though... At the really high MMR games, those mods really don't matter, except Car Det; but honestly, only scum use car det. Instead of R195, they should be R90 or something. Unlocking them for your own purchase at R195 is whatever, but make the actual equip requirement R90 or thereabouts.
