I worked with a rapist before as well as hung out with him out of work at most a dozen times I believe over the course of 2 - 3 years. Knowing someone does not mean you know of their intent to commit crimes. This would be considered circumstantial evidence at best and definitely falls under assumptions of knowledge of the acts.

Even the top games online like WoW get DDoS attacks and to expect Little Orbit to defeat them just like that is an impossible expectation. You are not being realistic at all on this.

There is no factual evidence to support such claims of LixiL knew anything other than hearsay nor has any of little Orbit staff been here long enough to have anything you have said they must know to be memorized and your posts said. Based off of reading multiple posts of yours I firmly believe you are unrealistic and condemning her out of a toxic bitterness being projected from feelings of past events with other people such as G1 or someone in real life of yours. Also anyone being treated the way she was would of ignored as well by anyone here. I've seen many people post who did watch the stream who said they were toxic towards her so she ignored them. To say she must tolerate abuse no matter what position of authority she has , is to say because its her that even if they break the laws she must allow it. Whether it be real life or online there are laws to protect people from abuse. LixiL is no different and has the right to ignore anyone toxic. We laugh we cry we live our lives and do what we can. we make mistakes it happens. From what I have seen and heard on this matter from both sides of this I still firmly believe in a few things 1. Both sides of these discussions are to the point of this becoming toxic all over again on this issue even though it has already been handled properly by MattScott 3. In this case that means being able to play APB and have fun rather than drinking up something not so good to drink. The community on both sides of this is getting out of hand again. This MattScott made an announcement how G1 had made figuring out prices too difficult and that armas needed adjustments for individual items as well.

people are not perfect and neither are anything we make and do. No one single anti cheat can be perfect which is why there are multiple ones in place to be more efficient and accurate.

May 5th I believe which is just two months ago and a majority of that first month was transitioning everything over to Little orbit and the second month preparing Battleeye. That is why in my opinion I do not believe there was adequate time to even know. I also doubt even one person here has a photographic memory to remember anything so.....

The video shows he admitted he cheated however it does not show LixiL knowing anything about it. I think I said it best with this to explain it to everyone

If LixiL did not know before the stream then by her perspective of what was going on would appear to be someone accusing of hackusations. As for my opinion on this matter I firmly believe MattScott said it best I also firmly believe both sides of this discussion (not just this thread but the whole situation) are out of bounds on this matter. Anyone here would of most likely believed it to be hackusations if some stranger said that about someone on your friends list. After the fact of something happening it is easy to say how it should of been done but if any of us was in this situation we all know that most likely we would of made the same choices since no one has a luxury of knowing what the truth is and would decide on the fly like humans normally do. It's not a matter of accusing anyone of doing anything. It's the very simple matter of this guy is a know cheater and hes admitted it himself. When did he admit it? did he admit it before the steam to LixiL? after? at all to Lixil?

play in the Golden area, with equal golds against golds in gold district is ideal however I do not know if Apb has enough players for this to work properly. Only Little Orbit can solve this one with a working fixed threat system than the broken threat system we have right now. My friends are bronze and silver. I am silver as well. Anyone can kill me and at times I can kill anyone. In my case it is fair but a high strong gold in bronze is not fair.

I would LOVE to live in a glass house. kinda cold to if you don't have double pane windows at the very least. It's kind of nice to see but geez who wants to wash all those windows. And let's not get started on birds dropping bombs on all the windows yuck

1. the server is in the middle of The U.S.A. and a vast majority of people by the voting map are actually on the coastal cities or close to them. In doing so the ping is not perfect so in my opinion they probably earned gold from a decent computer , ping , as well as the skills to do so. 2. teams of friends are fun to be in so winning or losing is ok either way because online games are meant to be fun. 3. I can not help who runs in front of my crosshairs - this is just a part of the game - however de-threating to go against bronzes is toxic to do if someone is a high gold rather than one who goes from silver to gold often without trying to de-threat 4. social is social - I go there as do others for visiting or showing cars and clothing. It is doing its purpose. some do not choose to do so and that is their choice. 5. Fairfight does not catch macros but Battleeye does catch macros. I have not seen a cheater since Battleeye but it is possible some may be around I do not know. 6. shaders are bannable already and have been for quite some time. I do not understand why this is mentioned. Is there anything else you would like to discuss? We are here.

By your logic : If someone accuses you of being a cheater to Little Orbit staff then you're a cheater? In this case some people knew yes , however this way of thinking has a two edged sword feel that can backfire against us and damage the game.... Not saying you're wrong in this particular matter mind you but I am saying we have to be careful about casting stones in a glass house sort of thing.

exactly. hopefully after the engine upgrades are completed they will consider something like this in the future . but they also need work on fallen earth as well its not just apb so hopefully they don't get bogged down too much

sleep Actually in some cases you do need it to sleep. like those days you overwork to the point that you cant get comfortable enough to sleep unless you perk up somewhat. Or in some peoples cases caffeine actually puts them to sleep. Clearly none of what I just said is average of course , but still intriguing. Anyways what exactly was the topic about again? He seemed a little over here and over there about macros and such so I may of missed some of what he meant by it.

we all play apb, hasn’t everyone here given up on themselves to some extent I cant answer that honestly about others. I tend to be hopeful of the future so in my case no I did not give up on myself - but I'm not some emo either so....
