APB is not setup for PvE not the mission , the map , nothing that wont work the way you think. to program an AI for APB you would essentially have to build a new game to do so

fps isnt the same as ping anyways if the ping / latency is bad no frame rate in the world will save you. but fps on it own is playable at 20

played at 10 for years so 20 is fine by me. never said it went perfect but I did fine still killed golds just not as much as now. *shrugs* yeah i had to back then its also why i suggest a 1050 ti graphics card or higher now for people to upgrade with so that they dont go through what i did

20 fps? I used to have a comp before this one that i was lucky to get 10 fps and usually had 5 to 7. while I understand people like higher fps , I mean so do I , it is possible if you try hard and just adjust a little. If it was near 10 i'd feel sad for you but 20 is still decent enough.

APB was never designed for PvE. I'm not sure how you could do scoring or matchmaking that would fit APB ?

Matt said he cant go by that alone but has to gather enough data and evidence for it to be solid. Most of the "evidence" people posted on the forums wasn't clear enough to begin with from the videos being too short. I've only seen one blatant cheater on Jericho and have no idea whats going on citadel so I can't speak for them , but for Jericho specifically in FC or mission districts I just haven't seen any blatant cheaters *shrugs*\ There has also been quite a few "rerolls" We do get two character slots so there's going to be people doing that since it's a part of the game. A few were pretty tough on Jericho but once you figure out someones behavior its possible to turn the tide. I personally tend to use this to evaluate if someones a dethreat on bronze or just good enough to be a pain as well. but that's a different topic and only mentioned here because some get mistaken for cheating. I'm not mentioning it for anything else.

Because they have a lot of work to do on the engine upgrade and events we asked them to do which probably delayed them. I have an honest question for you. : Have you been reading the forums? Because we talk about this stuff pretty much daily.

I play it now and then. Still hate doing it but its still fun lol I think that over time they could add coding like this and it would benefit. We wanted to know the players chosen would be reliable on this so they released the names so that w could rest at ease. To me , it looks like it is being handled how it should be. Merged. On saints row unlocking shortcuts was a part of the game. If Little Orbit found a way to program that in on APB silently to keep track of driving routes then it could be possible. No small task to factor in with matchmaking of course but over time it could be built up to that. Most programming is built up from smaller programs over time so theoretically this is possible.

How it started is not as important now. How it finishes is what is important now. BattleEye is one of the best anti cheats so dealing with that part of cheating is better Now we need matchmaking and threat fixed for fair gameplay so that new players can have a fair fight and learn APB
