theyve already repeatedly stated that any tickets relating to bans will be removed from the queue until battleye is implemented, if your ticket is not related to cheating you should send that as a reply so they can put it back in the queue iirc

i dont think you understand just how powerful the placebo effect is lol unless these people are having someone else edit their game files, its impossible to do an objective test of this

i mean part of the problem is that theres very little performance difference between minimum and maximum settings without going outside the game and using advanced launcher and even if you have a pc that can consistently hit 120fps theres still terrible optimization issues that affect stability
