i believe the volcano rockets transition to a 2 shot kill somewhere around 25m-30m, before that they don’t do sufficient damage to kill and after that they continue to gain damage until each rocket hits 1000 damage at 100m and explodes EDIT: went ingame and double checked to make sure rocket transitions to a 2 shot kill between 15m-25m and remains a 2 shot kill out to 100m, doesnt seem to ever become a 1 shot kill tho

it’s already an incredibly effective mod imo (and premium cooldowns should be standard but that’s a different suggestion) and 8 seconds keeps it in line with both tagger and flare ammo

the yukon wasn’t nerfed it was fixed, the insane hipfire rof/ttk was the result of a bug afaik the volcano has never been touched, you are aware that the rockets gain damage over distance right?
