Limiting new topics to 1 every 1 or 2 hours should be fine. The few people who actually post more than one topic a day are usually the people that post useless threads for attention.. *cough*pairofsocks*cough*

if they do things right, it should not be a problem . The issue is that if they don't listen and just do as they please, people will slowly leave and the game WILL eventually die. Adding new guns/clothing/vehicles will not fix that. It might satisfy some of the already playing people, but it will NOT pull in new people. I am not against adding new things. but we need a bigger the player base to actually support that decision.

We don't need more guns in APB.. We have enough as is. And since we have a hard time balancing them, adding more would be a big no no for quite a while. All in all, I don't feel like adding stuff is the way to go for now.. There is two sides to this. If they do their job, people will be happy and actually buy things. They can also focus on content, and the game will just slowly wither.

It broke after the Beastie post that wasn't supposed to be public. They might've removed people or just goofed it.

I made a thing.. This was legit too much effort to even make it look like this.. How you manage that is beyond me. This is a simple "clay" render setup.. Gets rid of the plastic-y look and actually adds nice shadows..

I doubt it's the limiter, seeing as the old cap didn't cause this. It's most likely cause by the new client FPS in some way. It's hard to say exactly what is going on but it is easy to reproduce at this point.

ok. Why not add it after using PS? most blood effects are usually just added like that. e.g. movies/special effects and so on. The washed out makes it stand out sadly. Looks a little plasticy, like a certain other individuals renders that I can't comment on. The reflection does seem to be the cause

Read my OP. If it wasn't for the fact that the post was public, but not accessible, I wouldn't have done anything. I went by the assumption that it was posted and he went to bed without checked the forum. They could've removed the post for all I care, that's why it was called [TEMP TOPIC] because I figured they would merge the two.
