When calling something pay-2-win you should compare it to other weapons in the same category that is free-2-play and then make a decision, for example, people keep bringing up the csg, compare it to the JG. Try to imagine that the person using the weapon in this situation is a person who understand how to play with the weapon to its full effect.

Right, so having more cheaters means it'll gather more accurate data to start banning in the near future, right? Also, this sounds like more a deathreating issue than anything which is against ToS so if you see a dethreater, record it and send it to support.

Some people don't use those tools to "improve" their gameplay though, which means they'll get banned. For example I run razer synapse, it has a built in macro tool but I don't utilize it. There is also people who have macros for other things other than just firing as fast as possible, like an anti-afk macro.

If people are still cheating, they'll just get re-banned.

I jump and reload with my scroll wheel personally. Don't think scroll wheel shooting is that strong, I imagine someone who actually took the time to learn the gun would out play someone just scroll wheel spamming.

Of course. Its understandable that weapon difficulty differs depending on the person. Personally, as someone who has strictly played with explosive weapons on a character from rank 9 till demo role completion, that's just the way I feel about them.

You can't deny that explosive weapons have a much lower skill ceiling/requirement than say a regular weapon. They're easy to learn and easy to master, whilst most other standard guns are easy to learn, hard to master.
