No, i have ❤ for balancing not for abusing. This item should be removed out of the game: - Med Spray (its OP) - Concussion Grenade (replaces Anti Vehicle weapons) - Ammo boxes (makes Mods like Bandolier etc. useless)

Maybe new ammo types for weapons. High explosive ammo, so Flak Jacket becomes more important. Armor piercing ammo to break Armor/Kevlar. Poison ammo to reduces health regen. Shock ammo to reduces movement and aiming (maybe). There are much possibilitys to make some mods more important to use. Useless weapons can get new ammo types to become more important to the general game balancing. -

Maybe Clotting Agent can be "balanced", because its just pushes the regular game mechanic, by increase the HP regeneration. But this is allready the best of the best. See at Flak Jacket, do we want realy a game full of high explosive spaming? Fragile is killing the mission system, because if you are very fast you can finish most of the tasks solo... and against this, Kevlar have no chance to reach the point to defend or wathever. Kevlar is my favorit because ich play in every game thr part of the Tank = more HP or Armor. But Kevlar works not so fine how it should. In the past time, most weapons have dealed over damage, so Kevlar 3 have no effect. The idea of the 1000 damage NHVR is based on, because we have 2 same sniper, one with more damage (NHVR) and one with lesser damage (HVR), but both can kill player with two shots. But here comes the problem, CA can regenerate so much HP in relative short time to survive two hits. Kevlar can only survive 2-3 hits from HVR, but just 2 hits from NHVR... and with Kevlars slower movement you are a much easier target for the sniper (like a slow duck you know?). Also give the big Sniper NHVR 1000 damage, but poor accuracy and ammo = high risk = high reward. Same for the rocket launcher. Kevlar can survive one missile (why? I mean we have Flak Jacket for this part) Whatever... i am happy to survive a missile but it is not real/ok for game balancing. Kevlar should have more ammo resistances. Flak Jacket more explosive and other resustances. Clotting Agent should have a bit lesser resistances to make other mods more of interesting. -

Thats right. If we ask an cheater, why he is using cheats, he can say "Because the other are cheating." Thats the same logic, what most of the community abuse. Why also make the game harder if META makes the game more easy. Why APB have over 200 weapons, if just a few are Meta and replace all other? Merged. You need to learn what "Overpowered" in games realy is. I am thinking you dont understand the logic behind balancing. For example: A cheater will never say "Cheating is bad", because he use this for personal bonuses in the game. This is exactly the same situation, its not cheating -> its exploiting! I hope you can now understand why it is important to rebalance all green modifications. Choosing between Clotting Agent or Clotting Agent is not a balanced system! Every game should have MULTIPLE Options for the personal gameplay and NOT only 1 Item (general). Most of peoples are disagree me, because they know they will lose there unfair bonuses from the item. -

Its called OP if one is superior, compared to other (in same class). This game need more balancing updates to make the game better. Why so much people on the forum defending an unbalanced game mechanic? Why not use another modification? The only option is to use Clotting Agent too? We have 4 green mods, but i can ONLY use Clotting Agent to play the game, because its OP? -
Hello Little Orbit! Why you dont nerf the most overpowered green character modification in the game? "Clotting Agent". I have take some view, how much player use Clotting Agent in the game. Today: Baylan Shipyard. 20vs20 4 Players without a green modification. Me with Kevlar 3. = 33 Player left with Clotting Agent (most of them with 3 and just a few with 2)! APB 2.1 is ok, but why we dont get any balancing updates??? What is the sense green character modifications if there is only one to use? Clotting Agent. I see another problem. To finish off an opponent i have used a CSG-20 with one shot + one Perc to kill them. Now i need one CSG-20 shot + 2x Perc to finish off the enemy. Why you have maked Percs usless in the game? But Concurrsion Grenade can destroy a Car with one grenade? Why you dont fix this? Concurrsion Grenade makes every anti vehicle weapon total useless in the game. Grenades dont need a primary weapon slot!

I whould like to play Star Citizen on this weekend, but the game is not finished. Crossout is on the best way to get suicided by the devs, by over nerf/buffing all and add no new content. Its nearly dead. Then i whould play APB, but there is missing more content and a the new engine upgrade. Hmhm... not an easy choose! Maybe some rounds Chess against the KI to warm up my fingers and the brain (its cold out there). I am thinking APB becomes the chance. -
A Tryhard is to play APB without Clotting Agent!

GTA 5 Online and APB are very equal, just the Content is different. So you are wrong. It is possible to balance all weapons! But it need more game mechanica. Actually the game mechanics of APB is the same like in Counter Strike. I have allready suggested to take a new engine (Unreal 4/5) and from beginning (it takes the same time). Make Instances for Missions, so there is no chance for griefers etc. Clanwar System in combination with instances for "just" the player they take part on mission. Better Pre-Anti-Cheat. It makes no sense to say hello to every cheater again, on registration. But yeah, you are talking about things you dont understand.

The Engine is to old, there are to much limitations and performance issues to add, realy new content. There is no PvE Content (so player can play together). PvP is a place of hate... in every game i see. Unbalanced weapon and modification system gives the last coffin nail to apb. Then G1 Team have not added new content and mechanics, only Joker Boxes... that was much more nails for the coffing. I have loved APB very much, played about 1000 Hours... but nothing have changed in the last years. Only the Abbington Towers are the last "real content". Some weapons here, some clothing... if i take a view to GTA 5 Online... there are huge world different! What Little Orbit try to do, is to give a dead body a new heart (like Frankenstein), but we dont know what we can see as a result. Another huge problem is the ignorant playerbase, most of players are killing all new suggestion (like mine) to improve the game. They spray hate and toxic arguments, this dont helps the game to survive. New players come and new players go, because there is no balancing, economy, clan, social and more that is missing in the game. APB is a empty shell, but... its to old.

Kevlas decreasing movement speed is a two way downside. You can easy killed by car. Clotting Agent is the only mod that have no downside, thats why CA is the most used mod.

I have allready created a suggestion. There are some weapons they can ignore Kevlar. Kevlar need to have about +40 - 60% HP to have a chance against Clotting Agent. Clotting Agent need a massive nerf. Is is just to overpowered in every situation. But the Devs do NOTHING. This is the best way to ruin the game balance.

Maybe if you can disable RTX in Nvidia Grapic Settings on Windows and a game rule for APB R, with much disabled options they are just specific for RTX cards. I dont have actually an RTX, my comes to christmas time -

If the Bulletdamage is used with a TraceChannel (instant hit, same like in Counter Strike), its easy to abuse by cheats. Physic Bulletsystem have better anti-cheat mechanics, but you need adjust the falloff/dropoff-physic. But cost more network traffic. -

Increase accuracy is a very bad way!!! Because, you make most of weapons more useless and just a few with high TTK as the new Meta. Why people so brain-dad and are thinking by destroying accuracy, the game becomes more better? If the Devs do this, they need to ban cheaters and skilled players too! Because there is no different. If your aiming is to good, you get banned! Good way to decrease the population more and more. Much easier way is to add a PVE mode to the game, where you can play against bots. Because this is better as get stomped by skilled cheaters they abuse game mechanics to dominate lesser skilled players. Most Problem is, there is NO MATCHMAKER in the game. Thats why high skilled players are killing low skilled players... and the low quit the game. Why the Devs dont punish and ban the good players out of the game, they are destroying the game population? Now you whould like to remove the option for beginners to get a kill by random hit-accuracy... WOW, so garbage logic! Nice logic, not... o my god this forum is so crazy! -
Hitbox adjustment is very easy to fix. Its scale size of the character, its scaled health pool. A standard size of an player with 2 metee high = (multi 1x) 1000 HP (we actually have). If your character get smaller, your health pool automaticly decrease with your size. Smaller size = smaller hitbox = smaller ammount of health. The lower the size so more health you lose. On the smalles size and hitbox you have just 500-600 HP, but +10% more movement speed. But you become a little bit more movement speed as re-compensation. If you are getting higher in its size, you get more health and a biger hitbox, the higher you get your movement speed is more decreased. On the biggest size with biggest hitbox you have 1400-1600 HP and -10-20% movement speed. This gives every player more personal choise of gameplay. Smaller targets are better to kill with SMGs and Shotguns. Bigger targets with Rifle or Sniper Rifle. Just for an easy example.

Its hard to tell this to the community. But thats a problem why some weapons are Meta-Weapons with this minimalized combat system. Just for an example: - Bulletproof Vest for personal protection. - Armor piercing ammo. - High Velocity ammo. - Low velocity ammo. - Bouncing ammo. - Poison ammo. There are more ways to give weaker weapons more alternative solutions, instead of just adjust the TTK... buff/nerfing accuracy etc. is just a to weaken fix. Also if you are weaken the accuracy = lesser ttk, another weapon takes its place = rebalancing needed. Additional Hitboxes for more different results of gameplay. If you hit the enemys weapon arm, the enemys accuracy is reduces... with your weak gun (compared to other). Thats means, a weak gun can get very powerfull in teamplay! But actually, everyone takes the weapon with best TTK = unbalanced and boring gameplay. There are very much more other important things in combination, but this is a very friendly and easy ro understand info for the regular community here. Most players are thinking "new content" is just a few new maps, missions, contacts... thats wrong! Its the regular gameplay rework in combination with new map, contacts, clanwar, better teamplay, more and high quality missions and some other effects (like weather etc.). APB is a very old and hard damaged house... just fix it, dont stops the ruin. Make it new and better (Unreal Engine 4 -> 5). I like APB very much but its realy total outdated... take a look to Star Citizen (general look not just a starship gsme) or GTA 5/6 and compare this with APB 2.0... this is not a hate, but gaming is changing you understand? Stay still and the end is near.

Most problem in the Weapon System of APB is, there is only one system that is important. TTK = Time to Kill That means there are no other options (another hit boxes) and other effects to make the combat more flexible. Also there are no supporter Weapons in the game they can deal "other damage stats".

Remove all stamina damage on all lethal weapons and grenades too and improfe the non lethal weapon series, for crimes too! Non lethal slows down the enemy on hit (depending on the stamina damage) and enforcer + crimes can arrest/kidnap the oppponent. It gives a higher reward AND the knocked out enemy takes much longer for the reapawn = more safed time to complete the mission. It makes no sense why Porcs or all (not stun grenade) grenades can deal stamina damage. Pig (2 magacine ammo) need 2 shots to stun an opponent or ONE hit in the back. Same for all non lethal, hits in the back do +100% stamina damage.

Give the Pig 2 shots without to reload. First hit on the front slowing down the enemys movement and firespeed! So you can hit with the second shot much better. One shot to stun if you hit your target from behind.
