The Problem of every PvP game is, Meta. Every game have this problem, but no game fix this... they are only Buff/Nerf and this is wrong. It is impossible to make every Weapon balanced with each other. There are more stronger and weaker weapons, also give the weaker weapons more benefits in the game. Benefits like better explosive weapons. Maybe OSMAW and/or OPGL for using weaker primary and secondary weapons. That means you can support your team better with thw explosives, but if you get focused by the enemy team, your team need to help you more. This game mechanic gives bonuses and weakness for the team and this helps to give the team more tactics, if you can understand what i mean. More variants of team gameplay. Right know the tactic in current APB game is, all of the team take the strongest weapon and destroy/stomp the opponent side and this is monoton and boring! Most of weapons are getting ignored, why also add weapons to the game if no one takes it, because you can have weapons like Urus 7 that is dealing super damage on every distance. Yes i get killed many times (me with soft sniper versus Urus 7 enemy on about 70m distance). I am faster dead with Kevlar 3 before i can shot the second shot. This is very unbalanced if a sniper rifle is weaker on distance as like an assault rifle. -

I whould remove all grenades out of the game. Replace the Grenade Slot for an Explosive-Weapon Slot, but with limitations! We have the unused EOL-Grenade Series, remove the legendary Status and make them common for everyone to purchase (Armas or for rent in game). The explosive weapons have lesser ammo, +1 open slot. The time to equip is longer and can not changed. There is a weapon combination limitation. Every weapon becomes STARS for rating. Strong primary/secondary weapons have more STARS this means you can only equip NO explosive weapon in your third slot or just a weak one with heavy penalitys. If you are using weaker weapons with lesser STARS you can equip better explosive weapons as compensation. This is the perfect balancing of your weapon loadout what you can use in missions. Become more versatile instead of superior. It makes absolute no sense if you have best primary, secondary and grenade equipment, to make other weapons useless. Like Anti-Vehicle, SMG, Shotguns etc. Ursus 7 + Nano + Concussion = Godlike = broken unbalanced. -

You are become immortal with Clotting Agent 3, thats why the mod is the most used in the game, it is overpowered. -

This is the balancing forumla in nearly every game. If you have more Armor/Health you do lesser damage (typical tank role). If you do more damage, you have lesser Armor/Health (typical damage dealer). Its the same on weapons, more damage = lesser fire rate etc. But lesser movement speed, like from Kevlar is more negative then do lesser damage, because movement speed = evasion. -
My Favorite is the C2 Entent too. Mobility sling + hunting sight + shoting speed = awesome. But you need to make more single shots, same like with an assault rifle. If the C2 becomes 3 open slot its better. But the "Maniac" looks like good too!

The Formula is: Speed + Damage - Armor/Health This can have negative numbers! Example: +10% Speed +10% Damage - 20% Armor/Health Thats hiw Triagon works. -

The Forum is full of topics like ... "cheater here and cheater there" ... The most problems is there is no difference between a pro gamer and a cheater, they are 1:1 the same. That means they are killing the fun of the opponent team. So the first and most important step to rescue the playerbase generals is, to play softer in the game! No more 100% power, play smarter also -> 75% of your skill. Give your enemys more chances in the missions and maybe let them win, if you can see they are weaker. It makes no sense if good players abusing the game mechanic (by dont play on Gold Server) to fight against weaker players (in Silver/Bronze Server), the problem of dethreating. If new (or old and weak like me) players becomes frustrated, they are not motivated to play the game further. By stomping the enemy team (you 10 kills, enemy 0-1 kills) you will kill APB the same way like a cheater this do. So play smarter, give the enemy enough chances, have more fun and help new players! I can read the chat in the districts and it is full of toxicity against other players. Make community events etc. and stop exploiting game mechanics, this dont helps APB to grow. If the new engine upgrade is live and no one is left... you know. -

I have chated with some beginners in APB and they told me, the game play and mechanics are unfair in the game and they have quit the game. But APB need more players to survive, not lesser. If the engine upgrades comes... the grafics becomes better, yes. But the old unbalanced problems exist further. Thats why i have created a topic about to make APB new in Unreal Engine 4->5 to remove the problems of the game balance. It is more simple and easy to create a new game in Unreal Engine 4, most of the parts are allready in the game (UE 3.0). I am talking about Hitboxes, Resistances, Damage System, stamina system etc. Maybe on 2021/2022 there is GTA 6 coming and that means with multiplayer too (like in GTA 5 Online), where whould be APB at this time? APB need to be better than GTA 6 to surivive! -

You mean every one need a 100% accuracy rate to have a chance in this game? Do you thinking every player can do this? Do you read the forum about Topics like "... cheaters..." ? Or you just ignore that? Steam reviews are full of this. -

It is not a computer problem. I am playing in 4k with 100 fps. The enemys make sprint shoting and i cant hit them. They are sprint shoting from left to right and reverse. Every suggestion is an concepr that need to be tested. And my suggestion is perfecr for the game to give much alternative game play. Actually we have only one option (CA3) and nothing other, thats limit and cut down the game play on APB. It makes no sense if you have over 100 weapons but you are forcing the players to use just the same 5 of 100. Same for green mods. There is only CA3 and thats all. Why also adding character mods to the game if every player is forced ro uae CA3, because there is no alternative choose? With my Suggestions, every Player can find a green mod that suits the own play style better. We actually dont have sneaky game play... why not? The only way to get to mission onject is to spawn grenades... only grenades. Balancing is the way to have much alternative options of game play! -

I have created an very good and balanced rework for all green modifications on the suggestion forum, but no one from the dev team take an view on it. This gives the game more ways to choose and not to use CA3 only. -

Another issue are the players they do crouch/standup shoting in fast rotation. They take cover and hit you, but you can not shot back because the enemy is every time in cover again. Place mission objects on bad positions etc. Clotting Agent 3 is the most used green mod in the game. -
I am very frustrated about APB and its game play. I like the game very much, but its become more and more unbalanced. Have rent the "Corsair" Shotgun and... i can not do kills, but i like the gun. There are so many enemys with Sniper + Oca Nano, they can defeat me in the half of the time i need to kill they (i have Kevlar 3 = +30% HP), i dont unstand this unlogic. For an Example's: Oca Nano is a full automatic secondary sniper pistole. I have the Bloody Mary and i am lose every 1:1 in close combat. I was thinking the Bloody Mary do more damage at close range, but its wrong. That means, Bloody Mary and some other Pistoles like the ATC 44 "Last Stand" (i like this too), are total useless compared to Oca Nano. NTec 5 and 7 "Ursus", they are total unbalanced assault rifles with big damage, accuracy for every distance and situation. There are sooooo much Players with NTec 7 "Ursus" and they are dominate the gameplay in every match, this is horrible! Clotting Agent 3, this is the only green character Modification that have NO Downsides in the game. Its overpowered in every situation. I am playing with Kevlar 3 over years (because i have a low aiming speed, so i am forced in every game to compensate this with more HP, to have a chance). But with Kevlar 3 i dont become more HP, Enemys can hit me better (because i am slower), i need longer time to reach mission objects and i cant not reach "special jumping places", because i am to slow in running/jumping-range. Non Kevlar 3 user can evade income enemy vehicles easy, but i can not... so i am getting killed much times without to have a chance to evade. CA3 have max speed and easy gameplay. Heavy Weapons doubles me down as regular. Have tested Fragile and Flakjacket too and they are absolute bad and useless. Also why is Clotting Agent 3 so total broken OP? Over 99% of all Players in APB uses CA3, why there is no balance patch, like +10% take extra damage for an compensation. My skill is higher then average, but thats all, so why i am forced to play against pro gamers, i can not beat them? I see many other players they are get frustrated too if they (or we as team) have an impossible to defeating, enemy team. Why there are so much weapons ins the game, but most of them are dont get used, because some weapons (like Ntec 7 "Ursus") can replace much in one? What is the difference, betweend an PRO GAMER and an CHEATER? This is the most question in the game, i do many reports but i cant see any results. How can YOU see if an enemy is an cheater or just an very skilled gamer? I know the Engine Upgrades comes and after this we are getting rebalancing... maybe, but how to rebalance this game if some weapons and combinations are Godlike and "weaker" guns have no chance to get taken by players?

I see now so much players with this equipment: Prim: Ntec 7 Ursus (or other ranged) Sec: Oca Nano or other Grenade: Concussion Thats the perfect allround equipment... this is to much perfect and is killing the game balance of weapons. I dont see anyone is using Anti-Vehicle primary weapons, no one in much matches!

Why no one uses anti vehicle weapons? Because you have the Concussion grenade that dont cost a primary slot. It is unbalanced if you can take a sniper, oca nano and cocussion grenade!

If the Mod cost 100.000 $ why not. And you lose one slot in your vehicle. Dont talk about economy if crimes can farm easy money on empty servers. As Enforcer you cant.

I am using the 4 Slot Waragi (with all customisationa etc.) for my Enforcer and Crime. The first vehicle Spawn of the day cost 0$. But another vehicle spawns cost 100$ each and is very expensive for me. So i whould suggest an new vehice Mod that remove the spawn cost of the vehicle, this have a 60 second cooldown, also you can not spam/spawn your vehicle every time. Maybe as character or vehicle mod? The idea is to remove the spawn cost, but this is NOT possible of use in combination with "Car Spawn" and/or "Detonation" (Car Bomb). But you can use "Ammo Box" in your Car without any problems! For Car Spawn system, i whould recommend, you and your team can spawn in your vehicle WITHOUT Car Spawn with a minimum Range of 150 - 250m to the actually target! This works on every vehicle, this helps to enter your vehicle without to move very long ways to just claim it back. I have very much situations where my vehicle is exactly on the other side of the new mission part... also its to far away.

Please remove the Concurssion grenade out of the game! Reason: The Grenade replace all Anti-Vehicle weapons and make them useless. Most of players have a primary weapon (like for long range) and a good secondary for close range. AND the Concurssion Grenade against all vehicles. I have never seen a player with an anti vehicle weapon for a long time, (not osmaw) because most of players use the concurssion grenade to finish off all vehicles in the game and the grenade dont need a primary slot. Another Thing is to nerf the range and accuracy of thrown grenades. There are so much players in the game they can hit you with Grenades on all distances for 100% accuracy. So much players make grenade spawns on mission objects to lock them down for the enemy team.
