I think for threat to be accurate, everyone should try to the end of every mission. Being nice to bad players artificially inflates their threat and lowers the good players. Same goes for afk ... Getting stomped would accurately adjust your threat. Quitting artificially makes you look better. I think that makes sense.

Thats disengenuous. Innova didn't shut down due to lack of players or profits. Nekrova died because Innova players ended up waiting months while playing Citadel before their data was merged. By the time Nekrova became a thing, they had already found their home on Citadel.

I think its like .7 seconds to perc ? I don't like percs at all, but like a lot of things cqc first to fire often wins. So if you got shotgunned, or SMG'd or LMG'd or Carbined, etc at that range, you'd be dead in .7 anyways, and I kinda always thought that having to complete the arrest is enough of a balance to justify the additional rewards. I never saw the reason LTL should have longer TTS than comparable weapons' TTK. Removing this ability still might be a good idea though, since it seems to be almost universally disliked, and you want players to have as enjoyable experience as possible. (all this is just a personal opinion, and Im highly medicated lately, so if this makes no sense... dont be too hard on me!)

Advanced launcher and configs have very little to do with max fps. Its about reducing frame drops, stuttering, and freezing. Getting max 90fps is nice unless your lows are 30fps. If you want to actually benchmark your performance, MSI Afterburner is what we use to benchmark both live and 3.5 .
